In today's video, enjoy my experience of Virgin Australia. It's been through some corporate chopping and changing since it was bought by Bain Capital in 2020, but has that affected the quality of the service? This flight is from Sydney to Ballina Byron Airport (close to both Ballina and Byron Bay).
