- Shredded abs? YES PLEASE!♥︎ This workout includes abs exercises which target your entire core muscles. We have 30 sec of exercise + 10 sec of rest. Perfect to start your sixpack journey with. :)
If you are not a beginner anymore, do this workout as a core activation before your ab training or skip the breaks and continue with the previous exercise instead for 40 sec. Another option: Change the breaks with leg lifts and leg holds - that's a challenge! To make this workout more challenging, change the half side planks with side planks. :)
▪️ Intensity: Beginner
▪️ Recommendations:
• Make sure to press your lower back flat onto the mat. No gaps please. Hold this position also during leg lifts and lower your legs only as far as possible, even if there is only a minimum of motion. ALWAYS keep the tension and press your lower back onto the mat and engage your core!
• If your neck hurts while performing the exercises, you can lay your head on the mat and go on.
• Repeating the workout 2-3x per week works perfectly.
• For more burn, combine it with my other ab workouts.

Try doing these excersise video every day and rest on weekends. While also trying to add in some cardio such as running or skipping or even jumping Jacks. Also try to cut out sugar as much as possible from your diet and try to eat more protien. You don't need to eat less all together, just not as much sugar.

Go on walks and runs as well as often as you throughout the week even if it’s only twice:) drink lots of water & look at effective drinks. You don’t need to starve yourself or barely eat anything just focus on cutting out junk food out of your everyday diet
