What other Minecraft series would you like to see us react to?!
Check out season 6 next

Everyone forgets about The Upside Down... Imagine for noobs not only seeing Grian's Mansion, but then seeing it built in the nether literally upside down...
Yeah. I always felt the upside down was the craziest part of the server.
I feel like everyone forgot the upsidedown 🥲
Yeah lol 😂
Season 9 Grian makes a stranger things base
E
Seeing normal people react to the Hermits builds really puts into perspective how insane they are.
I love that this implies that hermits aren’t normal people
@@gordier6787 I think that implies that the viewers aren't normal lol
@@melodic_ez0657 XD
@@melodic_ez0657 True like why are we still watching those hermits even when the back side of their builds is absent 😂😂
Yup
They mention willy wonka and diagon alley, coincidently that's exactly impulse and grian's base in season 8.
LoL
Mhm lol
Omg i just realized that 😆
I was thinking the same thing
That’s what I said
"This is the perfect base...under the mountain."
Wait until he meets FiFi The Destroyer. 😄
Agree!😆
Haha 😂😂
Wait until he finds out the bdubs built the mountain!
With a tutu
This needs a part 2! There's still Tango's Among Us game, and countless other bases to show too and I'd love to see you guys' reaction!
Agreed!!!
They need to get on the world download and play among us on hermitcraft.
They love looking at the redstone behind each game/farm, so I bet they'll love it.
Not to mention the Nether
they need to see doc mining machine (forgot the name)
The only thing missing was them seeing Cleo's base or just her more complicated armor statue dioramas commissioned by the other hermits at their bases, like the Wile E Coyote in Tango's base, or the superheroes on Keralis' skyscrapers.
If anyone missed the later part of s7, there was also a base swap event and Keralis and Cleo's talents mixed together so wonderfully (big detailed builds, and breathing life into it with armor stands) they decided to share their bases for the what little was left of the season ahah
They also missed the Evergreen ship at joes base, all of Xb's base, The upside down and Xisumas base
@@whateverIwasthinkingatthetime They also only showed Scar's starter base. Seeing the reaction to some of the redstone, they probably would like mumbo and iskalls farm districts
They also missed the Netherlands, straight of Joebralter, Big Dig, Xisuma Towers, Etho's base, Xb's apocalyptic town, Beef's Hacienda, Three Fox Hole, Stress's base which I guess wasn't really that big or significant, Turf War Minigame District, Map District, Jevin's base, Hypno's Islands, Hypno's unfinished mega base, a detailed look at the major shops, and the Upside-Down.
Seeing people react to other people's builds in hermitcraft are just.. there are no words that describe how happy it felt.
Hey I always see your comment on hermitcrafters! Are you a filipino??
@@chambinabi9646 Yup ^v^
What gave it away?
Me and my wife watch hermitcraft. I watch every hermit. We're also pinoys. There are a lot of filipinos who watch it, you just don't see them here.
"This guy made a circle in a block game" killed me
More things they should see: Beef’s cyberpunk city, cub’s wall of the ancients, tango’s among us, scar’s big dig.
The Upside Down too.
@@Mach1019 The old and abandoned project?
@@admDanRyan I hate how you make it sound like nothing significant can be found there. Although "old and abandoned", Grian's upside down mansion would still blow anyone's mind who will see it for the first time. Scar's Big Dig background story wouldn't be complete without it.
cubs pyramid is so fucking cool
Nice pfp
Man that last season of hermitcraft kept me going during the whole covid lockdown. Etho, Bdoubleo, Keralis, Tango, Doc, I watched them all. I actually watched every hermits episode for the first 4 weeks of the season that's how invested I was. The hermitcraft guys are legends in their craft ;)
I watched all of them whole season.
@@RealArchitArya do you not have a life
@@oklol7799 it’s like an episode a day. Sometimes 2. not that bad.
@@oklol7799 it's something we have to give up to watch them all. Worth it.
Tbh I only watch iskall, etho, grian, and scar egularly but I check in on keralis and bdubs from time to time
Started beef, wels, joehills, and zedaph recently but haven't caught up yet-
@@lclrc16 no it’s not but ok. I watch every episode of Grian, Etho, Impulse, Xisuma, and Zedaph. Checking in on others doesn’t really count
It’s interesting seeing this from an outsiders perspective. I feel like the people who watch every episode in real time are just like “oh yeah cool” but to be an outsider to see just how crazy the possibilities are really puts into perspective how talented the hermits are.
It’s all crazy what the whole server does but showing what scar does in a single episode is extra.
Them: It's basically like Amazon
Me: Wait til they see Sahara
but that season 6 D:
@@IcecubeX Is it? I've been watching since season 3 and it all just kinda starts to blur together after a while.
@@devinnall2284 bruh
@@devinnall2284 my man is a real hermitcraft fan i was start watching hermitcraft in season 6 Season 3 is like a long long time ago
Well, they tried to recreate it with Pacific.
I can't even imagine visualizing a castle that doesn't fully render in Minecraft and then BUILDING it...
It a mansion
Lol
Season 7 was insane though. Watching keralis's city keep growing and tango's games those were my favorite I think from the season. Just madness.
Also just to mention some of these guys have invented farms and mini games that have been copied all over the world over multiple servers
Glad you saved Decked Out for last. It's just incredible that Tango built it and it was such a good game.
when you’re watching the hermits themselves they’re very nonchalant about what they do most of the time. it’s usually a simple “see that only took me two hours! it was rather easy as well deciding the gradients and texturing and gathering materials with the farms i have :)” and they gawk at each other’s bases (que Grian @ all of Scar’s S7-S8 builds) a lot too so it’s always just a bit of a ‘wow that’s so cool! anyways’ feeling
but now that im not hearing these professionals describe things and watching normal people react to their masterpieces has made me realize just how fucking manic the hermits are
perfectly said
Watching the amazement of Minecraft first timers never gets old. The Hermits are insane builders, I love and watch every one of them.
Can't wait for S8 version where you'll just go and show your friends all the mind breaking shit Docs being doing.
Doc is freaking insane!
@@ChaoticLifemaker Yup. Like yes he has people help him do all the insane shit but even if all of Sci Craft sat down with most people they'd need weeks of learning to even make the Tunnel Bore.
@@h3nder I mean ilmango literally has 2 tunnel bore tutorials on his channel...
@@Camazotzer Yes but watching a Tutorial isn't the same as making your own Tunnel Bore.
@@h3nder bruh I understand That Doc Is Insane But Comparing Him To scicraft Is Insane Nobody Compares To Scicraft
You could literally do an episode per base and district and I wouldn't mind LMAO bases in Hermitcraft and everything, actually, are just so detailed and has so many stories and functionality within them that it would probably take an episode to cover a single one (or more, depending on which base)
im so happy about their reactions on how insane hermitcraft really is but is that all the tour they have done? there is so much things on the S7 Hermitcraft server that's also really cool like Scar's Megadrill, Etho's base and the book matrix, Zedaph's cave of contraptions,Joe's dog sanctuary, Beef's floating base and so much more in the nether builds not to mention the sewer cats' shenanigans and the mycelium resistance.
Now its time for a more tecnical side of minecraft:
The scicraft
I don't think mumbo even understand what is going on let alone those guys
When he flew up over the shopping district, i was taken back through the entire journey of season seven. My entire body started shaking with a years worth of nostalgia. (I know it was a short season, but it was epic)
It really wasn't short. Most seasons are 14-16 months. Season 7 was 15 months. Only S6 was longer (20 months) and there's a reason it was known as Season Sixfinity.
The grumbot is probably the most complex design in the server
Jelly isn’t a viewers cat it is GoodTimesWithScars cat and he was the mayor, hence why jelly is on the throne in town hall
he said a guy in the server, not a viewer
jellie*
6:00 - Them asking how they get the materials for the builds and being surprised by the complexity is awesome... Like, now you get the farms, ma dudes LOL.
I love how hitch loves watching Hermitcraft even though he doesn't play minecraft much. I am the same way, it's so fun and interesting but I play other games like COD
If you really want to blow some minds...show them the SciCraft server/world. Even the hermits like mumbo are mindblown by that server and what is possible. SciCraft is beyond next level with redstone/automation to the point they have quarries that self mine the world and store it. Ender pearl cannons that can transport you 10,000 blocks in an instant with single block accuracy. And they're the same minds behind doc's crazy octagon nether portal.
hitch was getting excited explaining all the bases, love to see it
first TST video I'm not getting bodied in. WE LOVE HERMITCRAFT!
Hermitcraft >
I never realised how ABSOLUTELY GINORMOUS Grians base is. That is truly impressive.
Not only that but he built an upside down version of it in the nether lol
They should check out the Upside Down in the Nether as well. Everything is literally upside down. Not joking
This video just made me realize how much I miss season 7. It was also the first season I’ve watched from start to finish and this is honestly so nostalgic. Though season 8 is great so far too
As a Hermitcraft fan it is amazing to watch people’s reactions! “I refuse… bro, I refuse”
Exactly. Human ingenuity is a force of nature that is humbling to say the least. Get out there and change the world, you have the power.
"Go change the world, one block at a time". That's the message I feel Minecraft gives, and I Hermitcraft show me that.
RUclips threw this into my recs randomly and I was curious so I gave a quick look and it was worth it. As an avid Hermitcraft fan, these reactions were so great. Saving Decked Out for last was great, (and the bit of research I did looking at your channel makes it seam like you don't do these Minecraft Noob reaction videos anymore, sadly) but you all, you should see Decked Out 2.
As someone who's been watching Hermitcraft since season 3 your reactions are so fun and really brought a smile to my face.
It was funny to see the reactions as a hermitcraft fan I understand their shock and awe I'm still getting those same feelings watching season 8
RUclips hasn’t put your videos on my recommended list in so long😭😭
These videos are still dope af guys keep it up🖤🖤
You know this whole thing broke blake's mind when 90% of the vid all he could say was "dude, dude, bro" lmaoo
"you can do anything" - There was a time when i played this game religiously and because tabbing out was such a chore, i got RUclips to play within the game. It's not just about doing anything in the game, it's also about the fact that a little bit of Java can literally let you do anything you want in the game. You can even play Mario within the game with pushbuttons if you want as a separate Java thing. :) MineCraft has created a LOT of coders over the years. You can take a crowd of players, throw a tshirt with a tshirt cannon and you'll hit someone who has learnt coding on MC or because of it.
Can't believe they didn't see cubs wall of ancient debris, or the thousand other amazing stuff in cubs pyramid
The genuine reactions from all of you are amazing. This shit was incredible!
Bdubs' and Etho's bases were my favorites in S7, each for very different reasons, but both of them are so unbelievably intricate I adore them so much. I'm so happy you said "let's walk this one instead of fly" for Bdubs because that's exactly what I did. It's amazing. It's how I want to build someday.
But of course DECKED OUT. Fcking legendary. What a ride.
I very much clicked for the thumbnail. YOURE DAMN RIGHT THAT BASE IS AMAZING
In season eight the same dude built his own mountain 😂
Bro, he’s a certified builder now
This was so wholesome. It reminded me of when I first got the world download. I almost cried being in that place I became so familiar with. These creators are the best of the best and they still kill it today. BTW we need a part two!
"This is like an Amazon fulfillment center!"
*Sahara flashbacks*
I use to watch Keralis mini bases back in the day, hes got insane detail
The members of Hermitcraft deserve all the praise they can get. Truly unique builds, And you are fantastic for showcasing their work.
Also, there builds in the nether, on top of the nether roof. scar's HEP.
[at Impulse's base] "It's like an Amazon warehouse!"
No, that was Grian, Mumbo, and Iskall's megashop in season 6 :D
It's season 7's Hermitcraft base and I'm already feeling nostalgic lol. Season 8 just started like 7 months ago
Back and eager to see him walk the guys through season 9 because if they thought Decked Out 1 was impressive, they’ll go insane when they see 2.0. 😂
I never really took a step back to really appreciatie how awsome these builds are, this video made me do that and it made me realise how mindblowing this all is. Thank you for that.
It’s so cool seeing people’s reactions to this stuff oml
“Bro this is like an Amazon wear house”
No actually that would be season 6
You should have toured the industrial districts... They were unreal!
"Best builders ever" in minecraft is a very bold statement. The hermits are certainly incredible, and they build some unbelievably great things, but there are a ton of people at that level. The folks on Scicraft and Empires come to mind right away, for one thing.
we need a pt 2 of y'all lookin at bases like ethos monstrosity or zedaphs cave of contraptions
As Minecraft RUclipsr, this is the pinnacle of inspiration. Hermitcraft sets new standards every single season. I love the excitement TST has for this server. Fantastic video!
Genuinely can’t wait until they react to the GigaBase when it’s finished in S8
The fact that they talked about willy wonka and diagon ally...
Season 7, in my opinion, so far is the best for mega bases in hermitcraft, cant wait to see season 9
Dude I'm such a hermitcraft nerd like I knew every single base and the Back story to everything in this video. And y'all gotta check out tangos among us in Minecraft it's on the season 7 server
So... Tango has now made Decked Out 2- feel like you guys would enjoy reacting to it
in grian's videos the mansion looks so tiny but when looking at this video, it's actually huge
It’s funny to watch people react to people a server that I’ve been watching since season 1
the hermits deserve the hype ! watching this video made me very very happy :D I watched 17/23 hermits during season 7 so seeing the same wonder and awe that I feel every time any of the hermits start a new megaproject was really really cool. and there's plenty of other places you could bring your friends to to show off just how insane minecraft can be in the right hands ! I recommend Beef's cyberpunk city Three Fox Hole, Etho's indoor outdoor base, Zedaph's cave of contraptions, Tango's Among Us game, the Upside Down in the nether, xB's floating base, and of course the Ever Given replica in the Strait of Joebraltar, to name a few !
they only scrached the surface of all the bases, and they didn't even look in the nether, the tunnel boar of the goat father, so much more.
I really want to see their reactions to the tunnel bore
Make a part two, and spend more time in each of their bases
They can also react to other bases, there are a lot they didn't show. I would love to see them react to Etho's only-interior, or Beef's Three Fox Hole (if False's base was cyberpunky, TFH is cyberpunkier). XB was really far away, but his base is REALLY worth the visit, and with TP distance is no problem, Joe's with the Evergreen stuck, Cleo's zoo, ...
This can turn into a series easily. There are so much content in Hermitcraft, so many seasons, so many amazing builders.
Guys, I hope you're watching Season 9 because Tango is making Decked Out 2 in a way that it will be playable in the world download without having to know how the redstone works (they are going to use a datapack in the world download so that it can be run indefinitely without keys or manual restocking).
Hitch please, show them the upsidown in the nether!
Their reactions to the hermits' INSANE amounts of work - brings tears to my eyes :') I feel such pride for these phenomenal creators
Tip: Press F3 + N to switch between current gamemode and Spectator mode. You can also hold F3 and press F4 to switch between all gamemodes.
EDIT: Removed Spectator mode explanation. It was already used at 20:28
You should really blow their minds and show them sci-craft
I am just happy they didn't just randomly started breaking blocks, these builds deserve respect.
Lol he’s not destroying the actual base tf u on about
@@fletcherfin9350 I am saying that I watched another one of these hermitcraft reaction video, and that guy randomlly broke redstone stuff, builds and even tnt greifed stuff, so I just liked that this guy actually respected the builds
@@fletcherfin9350 I am not targetting this guy
@@racram0444 ye but who cares I would do the same it’s not the actual base tho is it if it was that would be disrespectful but it’s a replica and u can do whatever u want
Wait til these guys see Octagon & Doc's shenanigans in season 8. The Octochunk, the chunk suppressor & shadow block technology
bro you need to show them the current Hermitcraft builds, they will go insane
Legend say to this day grumbot still hasn't been visited
Impulse literally invented that style of chest item sorter.
It is insane how far you can push a game that is literally based on blocks and it is just so entertaining to watch
at impulses base: “Woah, this is a mega base”
grian: “uh no”
I went to a public server of H7 eventhough I saw it a lot of times in videos, it still gives me goosebumps while thinking Im in the actual world.
you should show them season 6 hermitcraft
some highlights i like:
grians base, mumbos base, the shopping district, mumbos area in the industrial district (and the industrial district as a whole tbh), the update area (the build off bases, and area 77, hippie camp.), the nether hub, any of Vintage Beef's places, false's base, ethos note block cover of what is love that is rearrangeable by moving items in a chest, etc theres so much more that im not remembering at the moment but its insanee!!!
also you should show them etho's overworld base and his wither skeleton farm and also the upside down area, all are from s7! ethos base has mind blowing block pallete and the upside down area is just indescribeable.
Nice video. You all could try making a video playing some of the hermit's mini-games in the gaming districts (that might be hard) and content on 2B2T is usually good for getting views.
"how big the hermitcraft is" i cant even remember everything they built even i watch the entire series since s3
seeing these crazy builds always makes me want to play minecraft again. And then I play it and remember I can't do anything except build a dirt house
If you want help improving your Minecraft builds just head over to any of the Hermits RUclips channels and you should be able to find build tutorials or even just copy some of their simpler builds into your own world. The best way to improve is to just do it.
Do small parts at a time
Do small parts at a time
Just wait untill they see docm77's exploits.
"I glitched this arrow to not move and charged it with tnt, then fired it at an enderman to make it phase through 100 chunks and one shot a warden"
Yes that actually happened.
After watching so much you tend to get "used" to these builds.
I love the "noob" perspective.
and when Mumbo's base "dies" it eats diamonds.
"one of the best builders"
mumbo and grian: *makes drumbot and jrumbot in s7*
yea, they are indeed amazing
I liked the Etho video you made last year. I like these kinds of vids:)
4:16 correction was impulse and stressmonster swapped bases if the change in the color pallet hasn't showed it
I remember when I played a lot I really got into building. I showed someone my storage room and they compared it to the storage facility in Indiana Jones. it had a track to get around it, a sorting system with redstone, farms. I thought my build was huge. My entire island probably would been a small subsection of one of their bases. It is amazing how large they build.
You guys should play a few rounds of Decked out. I think Tango left it ready for people to play. I think that would be an amazing video!!
That explanation of Decked out was spot on lol
I so resonate with the feeling of telling people about hermitcraft but not being able to do it justice. Maybe i'll take a tour sometime as well to show it off.
This deserves more likes, I love seeing these guys discover how deep Minecraft can be! Hermicraft is the TRUTH xD
I am glad they didn't go to Pacific and find out it was located on a dibber island
1:07 it's GoodTimesWithScar who won the contest
