Imo he's definitely a sleeper legend. He's best known for his building skills, sure, but mans is legitimately good at anything he puts his mind to. Despite having limited redstone training, he's been able to build successful redstone farms on HermitCraft. He's been able to make pseudo-effective traps in 3rd Life. Despite only picking up an elytra back in Season 6 of HermitCraft, he's now one of the best flyers amongst the MCC players. Despite not actively PVPing or practicing it much he's got great enough reflexes that he's able to actively utilize what he has to do some serious damage. He's not a sore loser or a sore winner, and he doesn't try to tryhard MCC and instead is just there to have fun. I'm glad MCC is making more people slowly but surely aware of just how versatile Grian's skillset is, and how that's an absolutely useful trait.

Only reason he isn't top-tier is because he doesn't take it as seriously as other players, but he's quite good. Others have practiced PVP for much longer than Grian and aren't as good.

I don't think grain is that good at calming himself because MCC 16 dodge bolt he nearly had a panic attack and MCC 17 after he did his legendary TNT play in sky battle you could tell from his movement that he was shaking and couldn't preform as well. Grian however is definitely a good player and could easily exceed to top tier since he's a amazing strategist and quite a good team leader. He just needs to work on calming himself and id say improve/and have confidence in his movement since i feel like movement is the biggest advantage to be skillful in MCC
I don't normally watch MCC but I caught Grian's stream right at the beggining and watching all the way up till the end was amazing. He was so hyped about being in the top 10 players and then he goes and pulls an MVP game winning 1v3 clutch. What a moment.

@@muunii6801 it was so close at times. If Grian had bounced one more time in the wrong direction one of those arrows that almost hit him in the head would have ended it for him. But he was lucky and he and the other orange ocelots managed to get the victory. And I was so happy that at least one fellow hermit was on his team.

He almost fainted because he stood up too fast. The effects were probably amplified by the nerves but it wasn’t them alone.
He also had a panic attack in the previous MCC, for a very similar situation.
