Scar is probably one of the best Minecrafters to introduce noobs to. Like he is so friendly with his style and its not over complicated, just takes dedication. That and Jellie defiently does not bias me towards Scar at all🙂
Saying that Scars mountains were like Disney world is spot on. He’s super knowledgeable about Disneys design concepts and seems to incorporate a lot of it in his builds.
This is a tremendous tribute to a tremendous Minecraft player. GoodTimesWithScar has to be the most creative person in Minecraft and he is the most humble and grateful streamer you'll ever watch.
Scsr and bdubs are minecraft legends, their legacy will live on beyond their mortal souls! This was a lovely tribute to one of the two gods! And i think i can speak for us when i say, the joy felt in this video is the joy we all feel when watching them. My mood is always improved by scar and bdubs joyful being.
I'm not even disagreeing, but it's amazing to realize that just calling him the most creative of the Hermits puts him in stiff competition! The whole crew is wild, and they mainly got there together!
Actually it's super cool you guys mentioned that the season 8 mountains looked like they were made for Disneyland - Scar has said before he studies the specific design conventions that Disney Imagineers use to create certain flows and feels in their structures in their parks, and then imitates those principles in his Minecraft builds like those mountains. The offshoot of Midnight Alley that he did for Grian is another great example of that.

I’m living on his hype over the hermits and scar. None of my friends really know much about Hermitcraft, so I’m sitting here like “I know!! I know right! Oh my gosh same, I know! I know!! It’s so awesome!” *bopping along to music*
The guy conjures whole continents stuffed with life and detail out of thin air and makes it look easy! He's got a peerless eye for composition. All the Hermits are crazy good at lots of stuff, but Scar is definitely the undisputed king of survival terraforming. It helps that he apparently used to do landscape painting as a hobby haha
I honestly love scar to death. His genuine positivity in the face of such overwhelming adversity with how sick he gets sometimes just makes me sit back and look at some of the stuff I complain about sometimes and makes it all seem so trivial. So it's made me think more positive ever since i started watching him. The man radiates positivity and is so wholesome it's honestly ridiculous
One of my Fav Hermitcraft Worlds you really have to see is Season 5, Scar did the underground community shopping district that is mindblowing and everyone's bases is genius
I'm not sure if hitch has seen them, but the tours of the Sci Craft server mumbo did would be very fun to see these guys react to. Sci Craft is the most p[popular, and I think longest-running Technical Minecraft server, they focus on optimizing the game to the extreme and farming a Double chest of every obtainable item in Minecraft. As well as just making ridiculous projects for fun, one of their coolest projects is when they recreated sky block in an actual world with bed rock breaking. Highly suggest it.

2:40 you can kinda estimate how long it takes by counting how many times the day reset. a minecraft day takes 10 irl minutes to pass, so just count how many of those and thats will give you a rough time of building alone, not the resource gathering or planning though

Scar is BY FAR the most EPIC builder on hermitcraft or just Minecraft in general. He GRINDS and builds SO MUCH and everything is SO EPIC. But he can build in any style-modern, industrial, fantasy-everything. AND he did it even when dealing with some really serious health issues. I just love him so much. My 7yo son and I followed his recent health scare while he was in the hospital… he’s just so incredible. No one else does what he does. I love bdubs too and he’s also amazing. And grian. But there’s something about Scar that’s special. He’s such a good guy. How does he stay so positive?
And on top of this is the humour, collaboration and story telling between the Hermits. Honestly, Hermitcraft is good on so many levels - every Hermit is an awesome character, entertainer and artist.
I like how During the Themesong the middle guy said *I dont know what instrument this is* Then continues to play it with his hands exactly how a FLUTE is played
3:39 if you want to work out how long a time-lapse is, watch the sun - you'll notice that every time it hits sunset it turns back to day (because someone slept), and each sunset to sunset is ten minutes (assuming night is skipped) (night is another ten minutes if not skipped)

The hilarious part about this is that in this season, it was actually Impulse who was using Willy Wonka as the inspiration. Some non-Hermits I'd suggest to watch as builders would be people like fWhip (his current Hardcore series is insane) and Dangthatsalongname, aka Scott, aka Smajor, aka one of the Minecraft Championship organizers, etc.

A way you can estimate the Time it takes is to just Watch the Sunrise and Sunset in Minecraft and just count the number of Days! In that first Timelapse, there was 29 Minecraft Days that passed. That translates to almost 10 Hours of non stop Build-Time!! Scar is one of the Best Builders to ever play the game! Its Astonishing
I dont ever comment on videos but I've loved following you and Optic for years and have followed hermitcraft for years as well, so to see these two worlds collide is amazing. Especially seeing you guys geek out over how incredible the hermitcraft members are just like I do all the time lol would love to see you continue to react to these madmen.
You can count the days that go by. 20min for a full day night cycle, but if other hermits sleep during the night then well, the night gets skipped so only 10 for the day
YOU should see Scar's Season 6 base, it is an incredible build! In my opinion one of the best Hermitcraft Bases ever, up there with Keralis' and Bdub's and his own season 7 base.
This made me smile a lot and I'm usually depressed. Scar is my favorite hermit because I really relate witt him and love his building and terraforming and also him as a person. It was cool seeing you guys dance to the iconic super fast build mode song lol. I also like the part where the singer goes "oooh" after the flute part lol. This is my first time discovering your channel and I think you did a great job showing off scars amazing builds and especially his adorable and cute cat Jelly. I also love cats and that just adds to the reasons why I really like scar. 😀

YOU should see Scar's Season 6 base, it is an incredible build! In my opinion one of the best Hermitcraft Bases ever, up there with Keralis' and Bdub's and his own season 7 base.

It was cool seeing you guys dance to the iconic super fast build mode song lol. I also like the part where the singer goes "oooh" after the flute part lol. This is my first time discovering your channel and I think you did a great job showing off scars amazing builds and especially his adorable and cute cat Jelly.
