I had a DVD back in the day called “100 Years of the World Series” that was basically this but it stopped after 2002. Only difference is music and graphics have been changed.
What is the name of this updated version?

It's nice to see another version of this doc on RUclips that doesn't have the audio and visuals out of sync😂

I just noticed that this is almost identical to another documentary on youtube about the world series.

My dad never forgotten the Mets in 1986 winning the 1986 world championship becoming 1986 World Series champions that era that Bill Butler made during game six saved my team from losing the World Series

Screw you & your dad! lol And It's Bill BUCKNER. The Red Sox made history in 2004 coming back down 0-3 against the Yankees to advance to the World Series. Sweeping St Louis.
Buckner didnt deserve all the abuse the Sox fans gave him. Bill actually hsd a solid careeer. I blame McNamara for that 86 implosion.

Perhaps that would be something if they covered the 2012 World Series (San Francisco Giants swept Detroit Tigers in 4 games), the 2013 World Series (Boston Red Sox defeat St. Louis Cardinals in 6 games), the 2014 World Series (San Francisco Giants defeat Kansas City Royals in 7 games), the 2015 World Series (Kansas City Royals defeat New York Mets in 5 games), the 2016 World Series (Chicago Cubs defeat Cleveland Indians in 7 games), the 2017 World Series (Houston Astros defeat Los Angeles Dodgers in 7 games), the 2018 World Series (Boston Red Sox defeat Los Angeles Dodgers in 5 games), the 2019 World Series (Washington Nationals defeat Houston Astros in 7 games), the 2020 World Series (Los Angeles Dodgers defeat Tampa Bay Rays in 6 games), the 2021 World Series (Atlanta Braves defeat Houston Astros in 6 games), the 2022 World Series (Houston Astros defeat Philadelphia Phillies in 6 games), the 2023 World Series (Texas Rangers defeat Arizona Diamondbacks in 5 games), and the 2024 World Series (Los Angeles Dodgers defeat New York Yankees in 5 games).

5:11 Im greatful they put Scotty Pods up there. The man didn't hit not one single hr all year long, he goes deep 2 times in the playoffs, one of them wins game 2 of the WS😂. No one saw that coming. Me, Brain Anderson, Aaron Rowan, and pretty much everyone watching the WS were all saying the same thing.."no, NO WAY, no!! OHHH MMYYY GOOODDD! YESS!!" 😂 he had to have been the least likely to do it out of everyone that has ever done it.

That’s true. The New York Yankees were very good with that legacy of winning The World Series a lot between 1923 and 2009. 27 was a lot.
