    Hello Mary, Peter & Oliver;
    I have been an RN for 22 years and this is the first video that I have seen, that is not only enjoyable to watch, but extremely informative without being difficult to understand. I am definitely going to share this with some docs in our area, so they can refer their patients to this site, as I know anyone who watches, will benefit from your kind, caring values & your desire to help others. I also want you to know how much I respect & appreciate you both & how deeply it touches my heart; seeing the two of you, not only how you interact with your audience, but with each other!
    God Bless you both abundantly,

I have severe asthma and my lungs don’t typically let go of bacteria on their own. I was struggling to breath and my husband and I used this (with my doctors approval) and the first time we did it I felt a major improvement! Thank you!!!

He was one of the most awesome doctors ever! Good job, Peter. I really do remember how tiring it was. The last position was always a little p.t. on his little bum! Love you like my own. XXXOOO

    Hi Peter and Mary, Today in early morning My husband and I found your video. I'm having chronic bronchial asthma and about one week I got another attack. So both of us were searching for a better chest PT video. At last we got you. At the same time, my husband started to follow your guide. And he did it!!! It really works. I coughed out sputum several times during PT. I feel little relief and this is first time and My husband and I hope to continue. Thanks a lot... and we pray for your wellness!!

He’s been supporting her in her CF life for the 7 or so years they’ve been married. There is much much love evident between you two and between them. It’s awe inspiring. I looked this up not because I have CF, but because I was looking for chest therapy to help clear my lungs of mucus from a bad viral infection. I remember doing this for my daughter when she was young. Thanks so much for making this wonderfully informative and uplifting video. God bless you both.

    This is great! So I have asthma and I find this very helpful on what I call "heavy" days or when I am in a flare because you can just open your airway just that little bit more. It helps you to not throw up (I HATE throwing up but that's what comes with all the chronic illness' I have) and to just help. Personally I find the feeling of it very relaxing 😂😂 my other asthma buddies disagree 😂😂 love ya all xxx

    My son has cerebral palsy, (since birth), age 36, a sweet "boy" with 3 yr old mentality ... And with no head and trunk control. He has started getting chest infections more often now and is very slow to respond to antibiotics, only to get reinfected weeks later. Your video is the very first (and only) I've watched to introduce me to this kind of treatment. He is in a hospital bed but sits up in his wheelchair for a minimum of 4hrs per day. He also has "tummy time" in bed or on a tumble mat once a day. You guys have given my husband and I some great ideas and direction!! I believe I should also try to get help (like a nebulizer vest (?) ) thru a pulmonary dept somewhere. He has always been a very good cougher. Maybe that is why he's stayed alive for so long. But we can see that he needs extra help now, especially as he's aging.
    Unfortunately, these little guys are so often forgotten "for dead" if not for the advocacy of loved ones. We have to go begging for help.... Sad. Thank you so,so much for making such a clear instructional video! We will adapt these ideas to his crippled body and it should give him some relief. I know you are not professionals, but, believe me, we learn more things this way than thru the so called "professionals" that don't want to touch an adult cerebral palsied individual with a 10 ft pole. May God bless you both!

    Very informative. I don’t have CF but I do my own modified version of chest PT when I’m ill due to chronic pain. I don’t fatigue as much when someone pats my back as I’m coughing. I appreciate seeing your various positions

    I wrote a paper and did a presentation on CF a few weeks ago for school. Watching your videos has been so helpful in getting an "insider" view.

    thank you for the detailed demonstration. I'm looking for effective therapy to help loosen my child's mucus due to pneumonia. I've only done percussion on his left lower lobe (where the infection has settled) and it seems to have helped even after one session.

    Both of you are so incredible. Mary your voice is so sweet and endearing. Peter you are so lovely with Mary. Both of you deserve great appreciation. I don’t know if I need chest PT but I am coughing and I was referred by one of my clients that this could be helpful

    Have you heard of Mauli Ola Foundation? They take CF kids surfing! Salt water mobilizes sputum from the lungs and its a great therapy option for ppl with CF! PS: You guys are cute!

    brings back memories of when i had pneumonia twice. the first time the "lung guy" taught my family and i to work together. they would push on my chest while i coughed. when in time that stuff would come right up: great feeling. the next time, i did what she did and held my caught as long as possible. just held and held mainly because those cough sessions were hell. when i felt the flem hit my throat i'd be able to get it out much better. the feeling of not getting air is literally painful and overwhelming at times.
