A quick test shows the number in the file name corresponds to the save slot in the game, 1 through 3. I just made a copy of my Vault1.sav and renamed it Vault2.sav and they both show up and seem to work fine. Thanks for the info.

AppDomain.Bathesda isn't in my list to choose from after clicking Backup Explorer. There isn't a "AppDomain" of any type and I've done things exactly as described here.
