@@maninthecamohat2735Even in a loving marriage with a planned pregnancy, pregnancy is highly traumatic to the body, mental, and emotional state of the woman carrying that pregnancy. (A main point of being anti abortion is that it isn't just your body) Part if healing from rape is getting back to feeling like your body is your own and you have ownership of that. It is mentally, emotionally, and physically catastrophic amplified by pregnancy. Rape is not just bad sex. Do you understand the sucicide risk rape victims face even without it resulting in pregnancy? So YES, this is mind your own business, especially if you are Christian, Territory. It's easy to stand on a podium for a position you will never be in and oblivious to the fact that some may not be strong enough to stand on that podium because of the trauma they have suffered.
In my opinion, forcing a rape victim, to go through trauma, pain, and possible death makes us no better than the person who did it.
In all honesty, I feel like we underestimate or outright ignore how life risking going through with a pregnancy can be. There’s a possibility that going through with a pregnancy could result in both the deaths of the mother AND the offspring.

I'll say that Christianity teaches a sense of truth, really powerfully. It's also a lot easier to destroy than to build, to condemn than to show the way, and I already said that when you're young you have little experience with which to show that way.
On the other hand, Christianity also teaches Humility and other Virtues which would make one less brash and inconsiderate. There are multiple forms of religiousness based on both your tendencies and considerations, and applying these virtues is much harder than not doing it, and I take it that she didn't take the time to develop them.

I hate being alive in this world
Honestly why arent more comments talking about this.
I cant even begin to explain how wrong that sentence was coming out of his mouth
listening to that actually ruined my day. the delusion absolutely astounds me
i’m a christian, and that comment really ruined my day..
If I could leave the planet I would. As a former protestant Christian and gay guy, hearing them talk is maddening.
I knew I would get mad watching this video but there are no words to describe the level of anger I felt...
Oh dear someone has a different view from u and u can't cope 🤔😂why are ppl so dam sensitive 🙄
@@69Fabulosity Nah Christians be harrasing people about being gay
@@69Fabulosity You embraced yet another opportunity to show how uneducated and hateful Christians are. Congratulations on that.
@@69Fabulosity it's hard not to be angry, when those shown in this video can pick and choose which sin they are ok with. Condemn LGBTQ+ and those who have had abortions, but sex outside of marriage is totally fine and even laughable! All of it is a double standard. And the bible also doesn't condemn gay people or abortions. Not once does it say that in the true language it was written. Translating over 100+ times has led to a convoluted translation and Americans especially are just fundamentalist wackjobs.
dont watch it then
why would i ever respect people like these when they think my existence is a sin
I doubt you were ever going to respect them in the first place.
homosexuality is a sin when acted upon :)
@@TriggerStandbut it’s the best sin because it feels amazing
They think all people are born in sin, you just participate in sinful acts.
@@cractrick9225this shows how predatory Christianity is. It basically preaches that people are broken, but that it can fix them. It also encourages narcissism since you see so many who think they are better than everyone else because they are “fixed”
Honestly the way these people were explaining their opinions it felt like they were part of a cult...without empathy, constantly contradicting themselfs, opinionated without clearly knowing a subject...
agreed. but it's exactly like 99% of comments on this video..
groupthink detected.
How were they contradicting themselves? And what didn't tbey understand?
Tbh I can't even stomach the videos. I had to pause the video from time to time
YES! I've been repeating this in the comment section. The communities they grew up in to me seem like cult(-like) followings.
Yes I felt the same thing too, I reminded me out that one cult that got all their members to commit su*c*de to ascend to another level or something
[people who went through abortion] deal with that pain and that shame and regret.
I wonder who made them feel that way 😐
yk getting an abortion is traumatizing for the woman and her body too?
It's more internal than anything else.
@@dollyzberich yeah? it can be. Sometimes even that trauma is better than having to deal with a new life that for whatever reason, you don't actually want or can afford financially or emotionally to bring to this world. Sometimes its better to suck it up and get the trauma yourself instead of having a child and treating them badly for the rest of their life as if they were the cause of your disgrace. We NEED to have the ability to choose, not just for you or me personally but for all the women whose situation might even be worse than us.
@@hey7492 i am not talking about being prolife or prochoice, im replying to OP who said the pain, shame and regret comes from christians when it’s literally your body who goes through this traumatic event & stress.
The abortion itself in the first place? There’s studies showing it does have a mental toll on women, whether you don’t like that fact or not.
