It's also a lot easier to destroy than to build, to condemn than to show the way, and I already said that when you're young you have little experience with which to show that way. On the other hand, Christianity also teaches Humility and other Virtues which would make one less brash and inconsiderate. When we judge others for their sin (which the Bible commands us to do, unlike others who think we're not supposed to judge), we're not hating the person; if anything, we're showing LOVE for that person. But because we're supposed to hate sin, it's our job to call out sinful behavior.

I'll say that Christianity teaches a sense of truth, really powerfully. Also, children think very black and white and have very little experience, so they are going to push really hard and inconsiderately for something they understand very little. It's also a lot easier to destroy than to build, to condemn than to show the way, and I already said that when you're young you have little experience with which to show that way.
On the other hand, Christianity also teaches Humility and other Virtues which would make one less brash and inconsiderate. There are multiple forms of religiousness based on both your tendencies and considerations, and applying these virtues is much harder than not doing it, and I take it that she didn't take the time to develop them.
