Ingredients:
1 European Cucumber, 40 ml Olive Oil, 40 ml White Vinegar, 100 ml Water,
80 - 85 ml Whole Milk, 1 dash Black Pepper, 2 dash Sea Salt, Fresh Dill
If the Salad is to Vinegary for you
Then add a little bit Sugar to it!

Thank you so much. I remember this as a child living in Germany. I went to an orphanage in Australia at 6 years old. I have tried to make this and it’s never turned out right. I never added milk. I just made this and I remember wanting to drink the juice… I still do. ❤️
