We have a manager where I am staying that is just like this guy. Typical narcissist. I recognize all of his tactics, his spin, his arrogance, the gas-lighting, the habitual lying, this manager does all of it and more. Once you've delt with one, you can recognize it in others when you encounter it. They also tend to commit alot of crimes and get away with it by playing the victim, like this guy.
So sorry you have to deal with that. Please be careful. I know you know this. These people are capable of anything and especially when you least expect it.
My old best friend is just like this as well. He thinks if he challenges peoples intelligence without reason it will put it into everyone's head that he is smarter than the person in question.
But he’s right everyone has send or has Duck-Tape. I’ve even seen ppl make stuff out of it and it comes in cool colors now... But this foo is giving Duck-Tape a bad name lol
Agree! I typically can listen to any case on this channel, but this creep? Not only does he MUMBLE and cuss every other word, but the sound of his voice is irritating too.
Honestly same! Watching this and reading the comments just has my fingers tapping non stop with so many opinions! This guy’s parents (dad) screwwwwwed him up at such a young age I don’t even think he’s capable of grasping the finality of the death of his “friend”. I feel like an innocent man would be more concerned about his friends death and helping find the real person, rather than just playing like the smartest man in the room who thinks everyone is so stupid to think a human can kill another human. It’s not a natural response, but that’s what they’re going for. He’s not the natural state of mind. His mind has been illusions and delusions of his reality since childhood. He’s been on a different set of train tracks than the rest of the people in the court. The psychologist put the nail in the coffin before any of this started. My only complaint is when dealing with mental illness that causes a crime, I wish the court and the jury wouldn’t shut down to mental illness equates danger... Mental illness for sociopaths and psychopaths can still have a long and non violent life. Resting on prison or a mental institution that treats patients like criminals while also admitting culturally they were not in control, their human instincts of fight or flight get triggered and the court room recognized they were not in control... but then don’t treat the person infront of them, who is in control at the moment, to be the same person who was out of control during the time of the crime. I think this man is guilty and should goto prison, but guys like him are what breaks mental health professionals. When and if prison is the worst and they can’t stand it, send them to the mental health hospital for therapy and reform. Sure, make it daunting and longer than a prison sentence but also allow them to choose between the two places, and every time they change institutions they have to restart their whole sentence over again.
This kid is gonna take daily beat downs in prison..he is the most annoying and out right unlikable thing I have witnessed in my entire 59 years on this planet.. Absolutely no one will tolerate his irritating nonsense.. He's vile and even the most vile behind bars will beat him silly. Maybe then he'll stop talking.
@Stop 5G. Funny, you and I are the same age. I can't remember if they gave him time in the mental institution or not because I watch too many things. In prison the inmates would probably treat him badly but probably not in the institution. I don't think he was of unsound mind when he committed the crimes. He's a narcissistic and controlling person, in my opinion.
you're right- he knows exactly what he did. The world has wronged him- how can this be? He's so smart and looking out for the love of his life. Sabrina was a stepping stone for him (while dating) and he took her out as an easy target for the revenge the world has given him. He took her life and 4 yrs later, STILL doesnt has respect for her
I listened very carefully to what he was saying and he was not making sense. He easily goes off on tangents that have nothing to do with the question. He thinks he's very witty and convincing, but he's not. I've seen really good liars before and they don't talk as much as this guy. They think about everything they're saying. He's even telling the judge how to run the trial.
I think he’s attempting to bring the context of his stAtements back around to his narrative. He can’t do that without those tangents. Not sure if he did it to confuse the jury, or he genuinely believed his mental gymnastics makes sense. I speak really disorganized, and take tangents to help the person I’m speaking to know the depth of where my thought process is coming from. Often times I confuse people before I’ve even started with the point of where I was going. Friends and family know to listen to the beginning to understand where “my” theory is coming from, but ultimately all it does is help you understand my *thought-process* and not how to conclude an actual answer to the question 😂 I do this to help my wrong opinions sound almost right. I wonder if he does this to confuse those who are trying to follow along on purpose, or just to help communicate his thought process on how he got to his answer.

Did this guy really think he was going to convince a jury or judge of his innocence by just being himself? This is so uncomfortable to watch. A little enunciation would go a long way. He thinks he’s the smartest guy in the room.
Jonathan Edward I’d say he’s very immature and has zero self esteem. He’s extremely reactive and defensive. To me he’s not at all self assured he’s incredibly insecure and fearful but that comes out as swearing, and a very rude attitude. He’s got a load of issues and is one guy I’d never want out in society.
This guy...🙄 Yawning right through the entire thing....Unbelievable! He rambles and swears constantly. He is all over the place, definitely lying. He is very disrespectful to the prosecutor...That prosecutor chewed him up and spit him out. GUILTY
With his behaviour he probably demanded to go up so he could tell what shizzle he want to mumble, moan, yawn, try to act above the judge and generally be highly disrespectful.
How on earth does the judge NOT tell this fabulist to stop speaking so close into the microphone? Can’t understand a word he’s saying. Maybe every other sentence but it’s constantly in reverb because his mouth is so close to the microphone 🎤. Ugh! WakeUP Judge!!!
His arrogance just blows me away. How stupid can one person be? He really thinks he is going to convince everyone that he is innocent. Being sarcastic to the prosecutor is really helping your case idiot 🙄🤦♀️
I think they want guilty by insanity and have him live in a mental institution. He truly is psychotic. What sold me was the video of him in the hospital.
I’ve never watched a trial where a defendant (or anyone for that matter) was able to ramble on like this & talk to a prosecutor in this manner. A judge will generally stop him/her & say just answer the question & not allowing him to be so argumentative. The judge is allowing him to go beyond answering the question & he’s telling it like he’s telling a story. This is a first for me. 😳
Anna Mote thought the same thing! Then in front of the court and jury! He just dug his own grave yet again! His lawyers allowed him to get on the stand like this? Wow
Who cusse like that while testifying??? And since when do they let the defendant question the prosecutor? I can't believe the judge didn't say something?
Exactly, there were so many times where she should have stepped in to give warnings to him about cussing or to reprimand him for not being respectful to both her and the prosecution but she did not.
I WAS THINKING THAT ALL THE TIME HE WAS TESTIFYING. I THINK SHE NEEDS TO GO BACK TRAFFIC COURT BECAUSE SHES TO SOFT. SHE WANTS PEOPLE TO STAND FOR THE JURY TO SHOW RESPECT. I DIDN'T HEAR HER SAY ANYTHING ABOUT ALL THE BAD LANGAGE.
Look at how aggressive he is! His mannerisms and the fact he can’t control himself while this stranger challenges him..... IMAGINE if it was an ex upset him that he had invested negative feelings for 🙄😳😑😑 WORST DECISION FOR HIS DEFENCE EVER TO PUT HIM ON THE STAND. LOL Sooooo happy they did 🌈👍🏻👌🏻
I think Cayer is rambling on and on in order to appear “crazy” in front of the jury. He’s coming across as a “know it all” spoiled brat and this jury will find him sane and guilty.
This is so sad to me. He reminds me of my homeless brother. He died of exposure at age 42. Homeless from age 15. He talked just like the defendant. Hated authority of any type. Couldn’t hold a job cause he couldn’t be told what to do. I can imagine him speaking in this inappropriate manner. The way he described the stuff in his backpack looks like the things my brother may have carried. I’m pretty sure my brother never killed anyone but he did get nearly killed by others. The little boy I grew up with though was brilliant, funny, played guitar, loved animals. He just never fit in and his family didn’t want to deal with it. Very sad.
I’m really sorry about this experience in your life. It’s so difficult to have love for someone we can’t actually relate to or appreciate because of the way they see the world and themselves in it. I hope you have found some peace.
He SHOULDN’T have taken the stand lol! What a disaster!! Is he speaking like this in Front of the jury and the Judge?! WOW! Just shows he could careless, he did it! MONSTER!
Because in his trial for double murder he decided to testify? That is the essence of our justice system. It's hard to believe that if this guy really has a mental disturbance, that he hasn't been treated at all over the last 4 years before this trial. Or has he been treated and then taken off his meds a few weeks before today to prove his case? And why plead not guilty and say he didn't do it... and yet say he's guilty but insane. Makes no sense to me.
It truly seems like he is playing insane. Just like Jody. They remember EVERYTHING in the world down to the color of shoe strings their worn in 1992. But when it comes to recounting the murder they committed.... opppps can't remember anything. Lies!

I’ve mentioned this before and I’ll say it again, the guy is bi-polar, that doesn’t mean he didn’t know what he was doing. But when in a manic state reality is “bendable” - I know this from personal experience spanning over thirty years of dealing with family members with this condition. I just don’t think his condition was ever “picked up” - it’s an absolutely awful condition for the sufferers and those around them. But that doesn’t exonerate him. He is as guilty beyond all doubt.
He is so guilty that he doesn't even know what he is saying to the Prosecution half the time. He is making a fool out of himself. Does he really think the jury is going to actually believe him and let him go home....LOL
" If I wanted to kill her, she had a cabin and she wanted to see me, why would I do it like that? this is so stupid" did he legit just say he could have and thought about killing her in another way....
Wow. Did anyone else see when he flipped the bird at the prosecution ? Around 53:45 ... I couldn't believe it ! I can't believe the judge allowed his foul language and his behavior. I dated someone that was bipolar and when he was coming off mania he acted just like this - very angry, arrogant, defiant and superior. Like a child.
Why is this judge letting him speak when he should be shutting his mouth and let the adults do their job? I thought it was very unprofessional to let him keep swearing and not just answer the questions.
His defense attorney's explanation of how the "transcript" should come in as evidence is ludicrous! "Just because we're having a lengthy conversation about it, it should come in as evidence" WTH? That's absurd and definitely not a legal argument! At least the prosecutor is trying to end this and compromise.
Scary that’s he’s just having a general chit chat! He’s disturbing but not in the crime he committed he knows exactly what he did. He looks round to make sure people are focused on him!
This guy's lawyers are geniuses. The strategy is obvious. Let this guy speak until at least one member of the jury jumps out the window.

If I had to guess it’s possible she was waiting on the DA to ask her to interject and he never did because the defendant’s behavior was helping their case.

@@michellehiggins1489 The more I think about it the more I wonder if some of these court cases may be rigged just for show. This poor dumbass is trying to be his own attorney and he is totally blowing it way to go to dig your own grave you idiot
I DON'T THINK HE'S GOING TO GET AWAY THIS TIME.
So sorry you have to deal with that. Please be careful. I know you know this. These people are capable of anything and especially when you least expect it.
This one doesn't even try to hide it opposite of covert..
My old best friend is just like this as well. He thinks if he challenges peoples intelligence without reason it will put it into everyone's head that he is smarter than the person in question.
Yikes dude watch out!!😳
Quote By the defendant, “ Who doesn’t have a roll of duct tape in their backpack?” Like, duh! 🙄 lol
Me and my friend who were sitting in the back row kinda raised our hands 😅
I usually have a towel and Hawaii Tropic
But he’s right everyone has send or has Duck-Tape. I’ve even seen ppl make stuff out of it and it comes in cool colors now... But this foo is giving Duck-Tape a bad name lol

Same when he said to lawyer “Do you want me to tie your shoes too?” Arrogant SOB!
I can't stop commenting. He's driving me crazy!
@@sydludwig1826 yes I remember now they may have determined him mentally institutionalized. If you come across anything keep me posted.

Well said @lisa ellis 🙌🏻
you're right- he knows exactly what he did. The world has wronged him- how can this be? He's so smart and looking out for the love of his life. Sabrina was a stepping stone for him (while dating) and he took her out as an easy target for the revenge the world has given him. He took her life and 4 yrs later, STILL doesnt has respect for her
Don't you think he seems totally schizo/delusional?
@@ingvildxo8230 Now that I agree with. He's a walking example of personality disorders - yes, plural!
John Allen oh, let’s not forget a poetic deep thinker🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂
John Allen - he’s not lying he’s totally unconscious

This dude is nuts, this is hard to watch, what a train wreck... very very bad move letting him take the stand
HE WANTED TO DO IT AND HELPED THE JURY MAKE A GUILTY VERDICT I HOPE.
His arrogance just blows me away. How stupid can one person be? He really thinks he is going to convince everyone that he is innocent. Being sarcastic to the prosecutor is really helping your case idiot 🙄🤦♀️
And then he apologises to the jury for the prosecutor making him made. 🤣
I think they want guilty by insanity and have him live in a mental institution. He truly is psychotic. What sold me was the video of him in the hospital.
Absolutely agree
You were right on.
In his statement he shows almost all the characteristics of narciccism and psychopathy. Arrogance is one of the characteristicts.

How can the judge let him talk to the prosecutor in that manner, total disrespect.

Very sad.
