There are no more relieved models in the entire 40k universe than those three guardian defenders watching the blood-soaked, enraged, Death Jester face-wearing, figure of Kharn drop out of a tree, run right past them, sink his axe into a war walker then get atomised by the panicking pilot firing ALL the bullets into his face.

Oooof, always kinda hard to watch when one player’s dice just do not want to cooperate. Though props to JT for not getting salty and sticking through the game and also for showing these kinds of one-sided games on the occasions when they do pop up. While these may not be super exciting back and forth games, they do happen in 40K and it’s better to be honest and show that you can still have fun while losing.

Love the videos as always. Quick note though: You’re not allowed to re-roll any Blessings of Khorne rolls at the start of the match. The Icon requires you to control an objective, which you don’t do until the end of your first Command Phase. The Blessings of Khorne roll happens at the start of the Battle Round which happens before you control any objectives on the first turn.

That first Blessings Roll was illegal. You’re not allowed to do any re-rolls on the first turn Blessings Roll. The Icon ability that allows you to re-roll a dice requires you to control an objective and have the Icon within range of it. You don’t control any objectives until the end of your first Command Phase. The first Blessings of Khorne roll happens at the start of the Battle Round before you control anything though. So the match should not have went like that.
Eldar must always start the game touching your own board edge in fear, remember this youngling

The Ravaged Star Veil Touched models really are nice alternatives for Chaos Space Marines and Berserkers!
13:55 Blood Surge was not available. In order to use the ability, at least 1 Berzerker has to die to shooting. He made every save, so no Berzerkers died.
Next turn when he blood surged from the overwatch, they were required to move towards the Wind Rider since it was the closest enemy unit. Also, that Maulerfiend could not have shot anything turn 1. Their only shooting option is only 6 inches.
it was since he lost models to shooting from the Unit Asurmen was attached to. Blood Surge wouldn't happen until all the models in the unit are done shooting including attached characters.
Its hard to see but it looks like the back bezerker did end the move closer to the windrider unit so the unit has still finished closer and its just fortunate/unfortunate that he rolled well so could also edge closer with the leading models towards the other unit
The first Blessings of Khorne Roll at the start of the match was illegal too. The Icon requires you to be in control of an objective and have the Icon in range in order to get the re-roll. A lot of rules mistakes were made in this one for sure.

Love the energy and battle reports never been able to or had the money for an army and never the patience for painting. you guys always have amazing looking armies and wonderful sportsmanship. Really makes me want to get an army for my own. but I think I'll just watch you guys play and enjoy 40k table top that way. my pocketbook likes it that way. Overall thanks for the battle reports and shenanigans you guys do!

The aeldari are back; I love getting to see them on the board with play on. Even though this match ( and channel) uses more casual lists, I would love to see a wayleaper in these games to see how much better the these casual lists play when he's around !

Wait, and defenders fell back, so they could not shoot (especially as feigned retreat was just used on the hawks) and even more so because kharn was locked in combat.
Wraithguard are awesome, but A) You needed them on the board turn 1. Either Rapid Ingress turn 1, or start them in the Wave Serpent. and B) D-Scythes are garbage. They are unreliable, still needs to hit and wound, are only damage 1 and are only 12 inch range. Wraithcannons get that extra 6 inch of range, extra 4 strength, and can trigger devastating wounds to get past invunerable saves. Plus you have lots of anti-infantry already. If you feel like swapping meana you don't have enough, than drop the Fire Dragons and replace them with...well a lot honestly. You've got a ton of options.
Also with your list, there is no reason to not split up your Windriders into two squads of three. It gives you more actions if you need it, more mobility, and most importantly, harder to kill just by being in two different places on the board.
I love Eldar, and would love to see them played more on the channel! Also I demand a redemption match! Lets see those Eldar shine!

God how I just want the ravaged star minis to be available for purchase. Every few months when I remember they exist and I check out the pledge, it’s closed. Literally every time.
The only time they weren’t is the very first time I checked back in like December 2022 and I saw that they’d ship out in September 2023 or something and I was like oh I can’t possibly wait that long. How naive I was.
Update; nevermind. Thru the power of reading I have learned the pledge is open again. Sick-ass Night Lords, here I come!
