He looked good despite the 2 INTS. We HAVE to protect this man.
Right. He’s throwing while running for his life. One of those INTs was all on him. I don’t believe he even saw Diggs. The second was honestly a great play by the CB. I don’t fault him for the 2nd INT; phenomenal play by Diggs on DJ/Darnold.
I feel with all the hits Sam took it was just a matter of time for him to throw that first interception. Considering how bad the o-line played i think Darnold did amazing. Imagine him with a halfway competent line.

@@TheTaigas I don't think the rest of the league wants to imagine sam darnold with a competent o-line. it would be so fun to see how good he would do. if we end up making a move and getting him more time I could see him possibly winning opy or mvp.

The only good offensive linemen the panthers have is Taylor Moton. They have to address these issues as soon as possible with either going after some free agents or drafting some dawgs that can block
Brady Christensen and Deonte Brown must really be bad at practice if they’re not seeing the field yet. Brown hasn’t even dressed for a game yet
For now, I would be happy with them just benching Erving, the guy can't block shit.

Sam already has 5 rushing TDs and 10 total. Oh, he’s thrown 300+ yards in 3 consecutive games. Jets stunted his development, BIG TIME

Agreed. I know that will be the priority this off season. We have everything we need but an OL. We have weapons. We have a defense (CANT WAIT TO SEE JAYCEE/CJ/CHINN/BROWN further develop. We have seemingly have a QB. We only need a better than average OL.

@@Stiq_912 They can afford pay some good OL through FA because they drafted pretty well for skill positions and on defense the last couple of years where OL is the only biggest question they really need to address.
If you don't get an OL he will turn out like he did with the Jets. Draft all OL this upcoming draft like we did with the defense two years ago.
Cowboys had 11 QB hits, 5 sacks, and who knows how many pressures on Sam.

Wow. And the score ended up 28-36 minus cmc and jayce. This kid almost carried them to beat a tough team. Tom Brady went toe to toe with the cowboys and barely got the win. Cowboys might not have won if the panthers had cmc for sam to throw to or have their #1 corner. I’m a Rams fan

I think we need to be more aggressive in the second half! We didn’t become more aggressive until it was pretty much over! Same shit happened with Teddy last season means it’s a coaching problem
What hurts more is that the Panthers lost by 8. Dallas got those 8 from the missed fumble call by the Refs.
They only picked up 6 off that missed fumble call. Dallas got the 2 points called back after it was reviewed. But that 6 points and Gonzales missed field goal would have pushed the game back in our favor. But in the end our Defense didn't hold up.

@@aeronothis5420 You are right in that, but that call also shifted momentum, imo. There are a lot of unanswered what if's on the field if the Ref's made that call correctly. But in the end you hold truth in the line not protecting Darnold enough and the Defense not being able to stop the run.

Panthers need to invest in a better o-line to protect Sam if they plan on continuing with him.
Our o line played poorly as usual. Darnold had pressure in his face all game. Our defense couldn't hold up either. Its like they just checked out the game after the refs took the fumble away from them.

Flash Forward one year. Sam Darnold is already everything the Niners hoped they would get with Trey Lance. Booming arm, quick release, fast, hard to bring down, scores running TDs. Sam has experience we can watch instead of the "possibility" of what Trey Lance might someday do. As much as I like Purdy and what he did its hard to argue that Sam has a far better arm.
Has a higher ceiling than Purdy, but won’t know until he shows he can put up more Wins than Purdy. Lance so far looks like a bust.
He will shine in Shanahans system

We were in catch up mode the whole game. Toward the we almost caught them. Defense played 1 quarter the entire game had they all 4 we might've won.

Dak Prescott threw four touchdown passes, Ezekiel Elliott had his first 100-yard rushing game of the season against the NFL's No. 1 defense and the Dallas Cowboys beat the Carolina Panthers 36-28 on Sunday.
Elliott finished with 143 yards and a touchdown on 20 carries as the Cowboys (3-1) rolled up 245 yards on the ground after the Panthers allowed just 135 total in the first three games.
The Cowboys sacked Darnold five times, including two from Randy Gregory, while Dallas kept Prescott upright against a defense that entered the game with an NFL-best 14 sacks.
The Carolina Panthers fall into a tie with Tampa Bay in the NFC South after the Bucs edge the Pats, 19-17.

Really do hope we get that o line fixed , anderson going through a break up so he aint been giving ugh fuck as long as he got the bag , TE’s still aint in effect knowing the reffboys dead last when giving up yards to TE’s so joe brady still isn’t doing his job as a play caller , honestly its been sam and dj putting in work. Although i can say sam has been missing wide open marshall for a few games because he’s suppose to throw to DJ. So its a bunch of mistakes that i dont see getting right tell we get rid of the mindset to be looking to fed one player
