- we met the stego which killed our carno and it was such a troll. killed everything that moved and even more those who didn't move. mixpacked with carnos and probably deinos as well. still, I had fun with that hero :) later on we found a mate and had a family. then the drama began :/

Hello all who read this, first of all I want to apologize to Mombie, and mainly to Melted for your experience, I would like to just say, for those that do not know I do play with everyone that comes to my server and feels like playing, this is fun but can have some challenges like different play styles, this is something I try to control as I do have some people that are new to my server and try to mix pack so I tell them we don't do that, and some that are hyper aggressive and just kill anything on sight, (yes I know I kill baby stegos and I'm guilty of that but I don't enjoy killing anyone randomly) I've even had some people that use my name and do stupid things with it too, because they feel it's funny, in this video yes it was me in there, I myself did not kill melted, and I understand I'm guilty by association but try to understand that I didn't mean for this to happen, but I would like to add that this is in a no rules server and Dusty saying skill issue was just a joke, a joke that us in the server use a lot, not because we think we are good, but simply banter, I hope this clears it up a bit, if you have any questions please ask and I'll try to explain :) apart from that have a nice day and sorry once again! Ps we didn't want to kill Mombie, and I did tell them all I VC to not even think about it, they just wanted to peck you and feel close to you I guess 😅

Like I do get what you mean, but this happens a lot in official servers in the isle, it's nothing new, happens to me a lot too, and im not sorry about kosing as a herbie, but if I knew it was Mombies guy then yeah I wouldn't of, that's my point, but I doubt that means anything to you
no need to apologize to me from my point of view, but, it's very nice that you apologized to melted. specially IF you weren't involved. I totally understand that it is tough with groups you don't know. I also have been in groups with aggros and I don't even try to control them to be honest, as I don't see myself as a sheriff, their mother or whatever. I just don't take part at such actions and mostly leave pretty soon. but, that's up to everyone how to handle such situations.
honestly, I didn't know much of your videos. so, I watched your last three vids before I edited this one. dusty is in each of them. therefore I thought you are mates who always play together. sry, this is my bad. I should have watched more. still, he wrote in the comments here and almost every word he said made me think even more that he is a troll. also, this joke of yours is pretty old. I heard it already in CS 1.6 and it came to 99% from trolls. that is the kind of humor what is the foundation of being a troll. provoke others with stuff like git gud, skill issues, learn2play, stop crying and so on, is nothing but trolling and as old as PVP. this doesn't mean that somebody who bullies others in chat, does also bully them by killing, but, it is a thin line. as the satisfaction behind is the same, which is the anger of the other. to know he/she gets mad. that's the fun behind such jokes and behind trolling others in general.
but you are right. this game has no rules and I often said that myself. I also know that many people have a different playstyle or view on the game in general. even mixpacking isn't against the rules. same for killing a herb as herb or hunt babus only. you, me, everyone can do whatever they won't. well, beside cheating of course. I don't like to play as cannibal, but, I like the threat they gave me. specially deino would be boring without cannis. so, I even welcome different playstyles.
what I don't like tho are cheap excuses. if you are canni, then be canni. if you love to kill babus only, then don't make excuses like starving, specially if you don't even eat them. I don't talk about your group here, I talk about other mates who tried to excuse their actions in my comments. dusty is one of them now. wanted to explain to me that it was melteds fault. he kept inviting you even after you three called him. at that point I have to say that your group called all the time. 1-call, 2-call, 3-call, 4-call and you even bit each other. how should somebody know that this 3calls are for real now? so, cheap excuse. he also said that melted was a roleplayer, which fits, as he often said daddy and mommy (he was a new player by the way). so, my guess is, you (group) didn't like to play with roleplayers (dusty confirmed that, at least for him) and just killed melted to move on. which is totally fine. again, no rules. but, then showing up and telling me it was the fault of me kid, like dusty did or telling me he was weird, like you did ingame, is bullshit to me. 'cause from my point of view, your group acted weird.
that said, from your point of view, I am the weirdo. specially if you don't like little roleplays like mummy and daddy. which is fine, 'cause like I said, I appreciate different playstyles. but, to try to blame the one who was killed, is nonesense. as long as he didn't threat your group, it's your (group) fault. not his. it's not like he forced you to kill him. your group wanted to kill him. which is totally ok, but, should be said as it was.

As I was excited to see your name but didn't actually know at the time if it was actually you or just someone using your name. Shame that it ended like that, I would of much preferred a group of dryos, but yeah I definitely have some real aggros with me sometimes, some of them I have even stopped playing with for that reason, but yeah that's on me anyway, like I said if I'm with them I am part to blame regardless if I done it myself or not, I feel responsible for the actions of my groups, weather they are temporarily there or the same people like Dusty, he is actually a very nice guy by the way.aybe he just explained himself badly? But that's up to him and you to see. And the whole mommy and daddy thing is fine, you do you, yes it's not particularly what I am interested in but I personally just go away, but I do like nesting anyway, I do it time to time, but I guess you're more of a comforting type daddy to me haha, I just feed them and protect them the best that I can, but the roleplayer talk isn't for me, but I'm glad you like it as it's a part of the isle that is slowly disappearing! I actually can't wait for Trike as I like being a Mommy or Daddy as that Dino haha (guilty pleasure yes).
But anyway I hope you have a good day or night (what ever time it is for you) and if we cross paths in the isle again I hope it won't be a bad one, I do promise you I will murder who ever is with me if they kill you tho, as long as we the same dino of course 😉

Oh, I think UCJ and his group does stuff like that pretty common, u can see it on his videos on yt. I had an opportunity to meet him as utah, he bit me once or twice when I was sitting so I pounced him as I don’t trust randoms who bite me out of nowhere, he and his other buddy were not able to catch and kill me even when they were bigger, funny how they talk about skill issue.
That chase by carno was insane! Good that u managed to escape. :D

if you take a closer look at the video, then you will see something very sus. the moment I met them, one of them ran to me in a position to bite my head. then one of the others wrote mombie! (so I guess, they also said something on discord) and suddenly that dryo turned away from me. I'm pretty sure if they didn't know me, they would have just killed me, too.

UCJ GAMING is another RUclipsr that appeared on my feed recently. He has quite a certain attitude. Not as "toxic" or "nasty" as Kav, but at least so "sportive competetive" and pvp centred vigilantism, that my guts are tingling. But yea... I dunno. If I had seen them talking like that, I would have immediately run to a cliff, killing myself and respawn as Carno Juvi.
That was at south spawn? Love that area for Juvi fights!
Luckily not knowing that guy but there was also another youtuber who played a teno and killed all the babus and youngster animals just for fun in the video. That video is called killing little shits in the isle or something like that.
This attitude is common in games like the Ilse, Rust, Conan Exiles and so on. At least you managed to escape from being on the video bashed and shamed after they kills you.
At the end of the video, my heart was just bursting with anger and sadness. these people are just awful, I felt so sad about killing melted..
But video is freaking good, messing with aggro stego and his "friends" was fun tho

I would lie if I would say that I never have revenge feelings. I also do. but, my experience told me, that it isn't worth it. 'cause you get more and more mad and angry in general. so, mostly I switch back to relaxed after a few seconds and I enjoy the game, the moment, my life (whatever) way more than with that revenge gameplay (feelings). in fact I started to put my anger aside in dayz and it worked so well, that I kept this style in other games, too. still, switching back to relax only works to 99%. I'm only human, after all XD (I love this song)
insane how these "skill issue" players r the one who cry and gang up on you once you kill one of them, and they go "it was just a joke wer were just messing around" xd

A really nice video too bad some people ruin it for someone else for fun it's getting worse every update You can't go solo anymore in the isle then you're dead right away only way to survive is to sit in a VC
I can't confirm that. I play solo only and it is different almost every day. I had a deino session recently, the first day I met aggros and huge carni herds all over. the next day, on the same server at the same time I met almost friendly deinos only. sometimes I have 5 days in a row with annoying things, then I have a whole week without even seeing a canni or hyper aggro. it's so weird, I really tried to figure out the best times to play, maybe more late or more early afternoon, but, I can't find any pattern so far. it's always a huge surprise XD

Melted probs thought they'd found a new family then got jumped 😭😭 stuff like that is why I had to switch to Legacy when the newest update came, I can't stand these types of trolls and it seems Evrima has loads of them these days!
I would love to see melted in the comments to ask what happens. Laacer was my child, I didn't know (as I was for diet) but saw it in her video later on. she died to a ptera soon after, but, at the moment of her birth this group was with my family already. I really would love to know what excatly happened :/
I don't know. it is still so different. I played deino recently. only met aggro players and huge canni groups and it was terrible. the next day I played again on the same server at the same time and 90% of the deinos I met were friendly. in general tho, it feels like we have more aggros around recently. we need more dinos. way more dinos XD

@@da.mombie well after you and everybody else left melted was the only one to come back to the nesting grounds. we didn't want to group with them because of how they had acted before because all of us hate that weird roleplaying stuff so we ignored them, after about 2 minutes of us 3 calling and even giving warning bites to try and get them to stop trying to invite us into the group we had enough and killed them. now you may still think that's not okay and i won't stop anybody from thinking that but that's our side of that story, we never really kill other herbies without an explanation but that guy had been getting on our nerves even since we got there
@@DustyBrush71738 not gonna lie, sounds like a cheap excuse to me. the way you (group) acted when we met, is telling another story as well. whoever was the dark, got immediately in position to bite at me. no 2call (like you normally do when you get that close), just in position ready to bite me head. then somebody recognised me and this dude turned from me right after your mate wrote mombie! in chat. after that you still bit at me even before I started to bite at you. they way you (and your question mark name buddy) talked, also didn't show a group which has any kind of respect for other players than theirself.
so, I believe you are a bunch of friends who like to troll others. I also believe my kid wasn't your first victim. which is ok, everyone can play however he/she wants. but, at least keep it real. don't excuse and try to explain that you are the good guys who had to kill melted, 'cause he was sooo annoying that he even deserved to die. and don't tell me you never did that before. you never killed anyone for no reason. that's bullshit. I play PVP games for 20 years and met (or had been part of) hundreds of groups like yours. you only care about your mates on comms and everyone outside, is nothing else but annoying. beside the few moments they can be usefull. you know as good as I do ;-)
I haven't played on evrima in a while so I forget is there a auto record function like there is in legacy?
no, sadly not yet. it will come in the future as far as I know. which is also a reason why we have less good rule server so far. it is very tough to keep rules fair as long as there is no clear evidence in every case :/ I really hope we will get more good rule servers as soon as they add this tool :)

@@voltaire9176 yeah, but, if you record yourself, then you never have the identity of the other player. in legacy you can excatly see who was where and when. it was also awesome vs cheaters. I really hope they will add this tool again.
I can't wait for the cerato to come out and end the stegos population, I'm looking forward to it, I'm sick of the stegos, they always kill me just because they're bored :/, the other day I was a dryo, I was in a small herd of stegos and dryos, then another stego arrived and started killing the dryos in the group, what happened?,our group of stegos attacked the other stego and in the end they killed him, then he joined again and began to insult us through the chat, one stego of my group reported it to the creator of the server and he kicked him out of the server
it's sad that some few often mess up the fun for everyone else around. on the other hand, this is also a good part of the game. as you never know what happens and experience very different moments. if everybody would be nice to everyone all the time, it woudl be boring as well. still, nothing can excuse a stego which kills dryos. specially dryo 🤗
yeah,I feel the same. I have big hopes that cera could become a stego killer. that vomit mechanics could give us very interesting fights. if it works the way I think it does. we will see :)
anyway, EVERY dino is welcome at that point. we have been patient enough ;-)

@@smooth313 I think it will be strong vs some, like stegos, but weak vs others, like omni. cera can't run away or catch an omni. with a small group, 2 should be enough, you can pounce and bleed it pretty well, I guess. you don't have to panic escape after the pounce like vs carno. you can almost walk way ;-)
@@da.mombie The truth is that they put the characteristics and behavior of the cerato in the game's discord group and they put that the cerato is going to be a dinosaur that is quite difficult to kill if it is in its adult stage, extremely durable, although it is not very fast nor that deal a lot of damage, but I'm sure with his bacteria bite, he'll be able to take down stegos
@@smooth313 I'm very curious about that bacteria bite and like I said, I hope it will be as good vs stegos as I imagine. still, every dino should have a downside and I hope (or think) this could be omnis. let's see :)

Complaining about that does give more trolls and easily bored out people a reason to do it even more. 😕
To be honest... as Ptera I sometimes do pick other Pteras. Often just as a little one being nasty with a single flyby pick.
But... if I am in the mood I play, as rarely as it might happens, a complete Murderhobo, killing juvies for their organs and flyby-killing freshspawn pteras at night while they are focused on fishing!
I know that I am not gathering good karma there!
It's trolls like this, that just thrive on pissing people off. Most fun thing is that he's flailing and trying to defend himself in the comments now 🤣 at least stand to your canni/troll behavior

I have ptera(male) in EU 1, Omni (female) EU3, Deino (male) EU4, Carno (male) EU5, pachy (male) EU6, Teno (female) EU7
We were already killed 3 times on stego by other stego hackers on EU 2. They have a cheat for speed and carno ptera and crocs also play for them. They help not to lose sight of the players and finish them off. We were constantly killed
yeah, this was on EU2, too. probably the same players. mixpack and cheat, 'cause one alone isn't cheap enough ^^

Beutiful video yet, so sad ... it kinda breaks my heart just seeing something disgusting to happen. One of the reasons why I have trust issues while playing, it's hard to find some player with morals ( -v-")
I totally understand your trust issues. but, I don't want to get there. I would have missed so many nice moments with other nice and even awesome players. I rather die 10 times than miss one of these moments with those mates :) but, I don't care to die anyway, so, my stake is not as high as it sounds XD

I was last week as Ptera at the Nesting ground and snatched some Dryo Babas of a Nest… got sadly killed by one bigger 😂😂
yes it was on EU2. you killed me child Laacer. I was for diet when she was born and saw in her video later on, that a ptera killed her before I even was back from food. nice to hear that you got what you deserved :P ;-)

I hate the "skill issue" argument, makes no sense at all, there could be so many reasons off screen and all they see is a piloted dinosaur, one time i got killed on prior extinction when I went afk and i then got told "skill issue lol" as if i was even trying

#safe dryo ♥ stego is ok in my opinion. keep in mind, it will be mid tier at the end. we won't see many stegos as soon as rex is in the game. I also think cera could be a threat to them. if you "poison" them and go in everytime they vomit. could become an interesting battle. depends on how fast cera will be.
@@da.mombie yes agree , but they should in my opinion be esily taken down by deinos , i mean its a giant alligator with a bite force higher than rex and adult stegs are literally invincible to them which is unfair in my opinion

Sadly some players enjoying killing their own kind too. I do not like these kind of players so I most of the time avoiding groups. I can understand if a carnivore is hungry and need food but when an animal kill it's own kind for fun or for no reason that is unforgivable.
On EU 1 i died by some stegos too and a youngster omni when i played hypsi because it bleed me out without chance to defend myself. I choose Dryo after and just died instant because spawned forward of a Carno and instakilled.
Sometimes the game is trashy.
oh yeah, I feel you. sometimes you have so many bad moments in a row, that you can nothing but hate the game XD I hope your upcoming sessions will be better again. what I don't get, why do you play dryo if the only way you can have fun is killing others? doesn't make any sense to me.
Dang... was low-key disappointed with UCJ. I usually enjoy his videos, but they killed such a sweet person for having "skill issues?" I was not expecting that from him. I usually enjoy his videos but not when he does this then all his friends are laughing in your face about it. Not sure how I feel about this, might unsubscribe to him. He always states to be fair, and somewhat kind to others so this was surprising. Anyways good video as always. You and Nappn are probably my favorite isle you tubers.

his friend dust showed up in the comments here. tried to excuse the kill by saying melted was a roleplayer and so annoying. they 3 called him and he kept trying to invite them in a group. so, they had to kill him. to me a lot of bullshit. even worse, killing him as a group and talking about skill issues. if you look more close, you can also see how one of them came directly to me and got in position to bite me head at the moment I met their group. no 2call, just in a suspect position. then one of them wrote mombie! in chat and that dryo suddenly turned away. I have a feeling they would have also killed me, if they wouldn't have noticed my name. can't say for sure, but, it felt very much like that :/

@@da.mombie it seems like they would've killed you if you weren't a you tuber. Also, the thing is, I've nested with Melted before when me and my friend did a whole nest thing with dryos. They were not annoying to us, and we're in fact very sweet. I was a bit peeved when I found out Melted died...

Like, give a player a chance to show if they are hostile or friendly. Killing someone just because you can is toxicity at a great level.
How pathetic do you have to be to need to mixpack with the top 3 strongest dinos in the game? Some players just try their best to ruin the game for others. Fortunately, I have a lot of friends that play this game and we can shut down a lot of the mixpackers and the ones who just canni for sport and not to eat. All while playing the same dino. It's not that big of a deal your dryo died, but I hate when people try to break the unbalance in this game more than it already is by mixing.

to be fair, I have met groups on comms who troll solo players or smaller groups in almost every PVP game I played. people like that are just part of pvp. sad, but true :/
There’s no rules or consequences for doing it. So that’s why people do it.Yet mostly out of boredom so I’ve been told.
I mean come on, irl people kill people ( which reasons idk but definitely yikes) why would it stop in virtual -most importantly in a survival game. A pvp….like it’s there. Only thing I get heated/bummed is hackers, when I get backstab or I messed up. I learnt not to give meaning to other player action when it involves them killing me causs idk their reason nor should I care as they don’t soooo no point to stress about it. But don’t worrry, we are human we do get emotional from time to time. Nothing wrong with that.
There are no rules indeed. But the way this game changed after up. 6 makes me sad honestly. I’m staying far away from unknown players. Which I found wholesome when I first started to play evrima on up. 5..
@@Sowsi There was always a risk to trust. A price to be paid. A good one cause if I never attempted to trust a random, I would of never have so many wonderful memories of that wholesome experience. It has become harder definitely to trust players yet with that came experience to identify who can or cannot be trusted. Sometimes though...well shit hits the fan. This game is a roller-coaster. I enjoy the smooth turns and hills but where there's a lot of loop-de-loops, I will eventually get nauseous. That's when I know I gotta get off. Sometimes I can tolerate it, other times nah not so much.
