- galli's new trot speed is awesome. we can cross the isle even faster now. it feels like we run while we get stam back. it's such a nice upgrade for explorers and people who love to find other players quickly. some of the mutations also fit well to galli :)

Galli walking faster than a baby stego in full sprint is hilarious 🤣
No one else apparently seems to know this, but when you’re eating mushrooms at the sanctuary, take peices and eat them instead of just eating. It gives you more for each “bite” and you can get food AND diets with less mushrooms overall needed. I got to full on diets and food with diablo from empty with like 3 mushroom piles at most in like 3 minutes. Hope this helps anyone complaining about how many mushrooms you need to eat to get full diet lol.

Love galli, but I also can't aim at all with it I always receive more damage trying to hit something than I give out. The new trot is really nice, animation is really smooth and it'll be nice to not have to run everywhere and still be able to move at a decent pace!
good to know I am not the only one the new trot is awesome to me. it makes galli so much more mobile. I love to run places and looking for players all over the map. the new trot gives you the feeling you keep running while getting stam back. it's amazing how quickly you cross the whole map now

The way you brought the two little stegos together ❤. The new trot is amazing and the buck mechanic is so useless at the moment. 20% of your stamina to eventually fling off a mosquito...absolutely ridiculous. That anti bleed mutation would be better if it just started healing you faster after lying down to rest, instead of you keeping your screen blacked out but alive.
I guess they would have found each other anyway. they 1called quiet a lot. I was wondering why no carnis showed up honestly, to me the black screen situation was hilarious. you feel so helpless, I love it

Didn't you heard the omni who came and killed the galli?
Did you know when Omni is latched on your side it’s easy to knock them off by running them into a tree? You don’t need to waste stamina trying to kick them off.
thx, yeah, it also works if it is on your back by the way. it's just a little more tricky with such small ones. anyway, I didn't expect it to drain that much stam, so, I didn't bother to run to a tree tbh
Omnis really are the greatest menace to gali kind. You can out dpm a dilo, you can out turn a carno, but once an omni pins you theres very little you can do about it.
there is. one pin isnt enough to kill you, and it would take some coordination to get the pack to bite you to death during that pin or else you can just leave them behind. only reason mombie died is cause he was actin goofy and tried to fight.
I think so too. if I play galli, I fear omnis the most.
@@lneny4590 you are right, this death was totally up to me. yet, you don't need much coordination or a pack. you just need two omnis. either they are good enough to kill bite you while pinned. or, one pins you and the other follows. if it has full stam, then it can hunt you EASILY down. after the pin you can't run your full stam down. not even half. you will bleed out before you are out of stam. as long as the second omni knows how to follow blood (or tracks), you are pretty much done.
that said, many omni players can neither kill bite nor track very well. so yeah, there is also a chance to escape less experienced players. but, all it needs are two omni players who know how to play. therefore, omni is the biggest threat in my humbled opinion.
@@da.mombie interesting I didn't know you couldnt run all the way, but I think youd still have a good chance at escaping if the omnis dont know that fact. Whenever ive been pounced as a galli they just give up the chase as soon as they realize im fast. guess it depends a bit on knowing the numbers
@@lneny4590 I guess, 80% of the omni players never played galli or at least never got pinned themselves. so yeah, it feels like it's impossible to catch up.
but, if an omni pins you until it's almost out of stam itself, then I guess you can't even sprint a quarter of your stam before you bleed to death. so, the 2nd omni can catch up quite easily, if it knows how to track.
“Why does this tiny Omni drain so much stam?” Because they implement features and add new dinosaurs and then leave them unbalanced and unfinished. Not that I don’t enjoy the game, I just wish they’d perfect what they have.
well, that's pretty much the worst you can do during an alpha. trying to do polish things to being perfect. polishing is something which should be done at the end of the development. right now it would be nothing but a waste of time

kinda sad mainly only now south plains is active, just changed from east plains area. 😆
it's really weird how almost everyone is south now. east is so dead. also the new northeast area, which is beautiful redesigned, is empty ^^
@@da.mombie I knoooooow lol, like less than a month ago North east usually had an okay amount but now it's dead along with east plains. 🤪 I'm so tired of needing to spawn and or go back to south plains as a carnivore to find people to hunt.

yes, you can switch to the horde test brand at the same steam settings page, where you choose between legacy and evrima
