The song may be unique data-wise (to my knowledge it does not exist in the final game), but they're not kidding when they said it was a Zelda ALTTP leftover... the sound driver build is unique (it is in between SimCity and final Zelda ALTTP), and it has an entire collection of beta sound effects in there!
It's good to see that this game is finally getting some love! I'm on the younger side so I actually grew up with the GBA port, but hearing a restored version of this theme is nostalgic regardless ^-^
