In a flooded part of the main road like that the fire department and/or police should have been on the spot helping to either stop or direct traffic or temporarily close the road. Why can't Jamaica government forces be proactive? Shameful! God bless you Oshane!

Plz remember all if this is taking place in real time...split second. Have u ever travelled on a Jamaiban road during heavy rainfall like that ? Trzst me...not the easiest task, not even for emergency services. Thank God Oshane and his pal were there....right place at the right time and for a special purpose. Give thanks. 🙏
