AUXPAMA automates processes in the baking industry with its machines and robots. CorCAR is a bread dough scoring for racks (trolley) with automatic tray handling.
Once the operator introduces the rack into the machine, the system automatically extracts the rack trays and cuts (scoring) the bread dough with Waterjet. It allows you to make different types of cuts, offering versatility, speed and precision automatically.
