This pair of power amplifiers were functioning but not performing to their best.

Nice video thanks for this, I personally think these things are over priced. I preformed the same repair on one last year, I just sort of figured out what was going on though the speakers 🙈Shame they cost cut in that area 👎

Can you specify which capacitors have you changed (and types of recomended new one) and type of the regulators, so I can order first and then solder out and in Thanks

Is a cyrus pre Xvs likely to benefit from service? Or are pre amps not as prone to heat damage?

I'm not so familiar with the 'characteristics' of that one but yes even low power units have the same issues. See the DAC XP video.
