The fact that I hate this movie means it's a good movie. The tragic ending totally ruined me, and i cried for days. The same thing happened with La La Land. I hate the movies for breaking my heart, but the fact that they do - means they are perfect. 😭💔

Bradley Cooper did an amazing job. He learned how to sing, and took voice lessons for months to make his voice deeper to make it more believable that Sam Elliot was his brother. This was a great movie and this movie wouldn't have been possible without Bradley Cooper. You should watch the Streisand version with Kris Kristoperson. Its good but slightly different than this story.
I'm bawling my eyes out. This movie makes me so emotional. There is some drama in the edm community rn and it makes me sad to think we could potentially drive someone to do this.
Lady GaGa also insisted that they add in some of the incidental dialogue to give the songs context. So when you listen to the album you get to relive the movie at the same time which is pretty cool.
Loves this reiteration of A Star is Born!!! Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper are top-notch!!! Don't know if you'll see this, but if music movies are your thing, especially movie biopics about musicians, I got a few recommendations: Ray (2004) starring Jamie Foxx as Ray Charles, Walk the Line (2005) starring Joaquin Phoenix and Reese Witherspoon- both took vocal lessons for their roles, and Selena (1997) starring Jennifer Lopez in her breakout role and in my personal opinion her best!
You should do some musicals...you could do Chicago, Into The Woods, Rent, Jesus Christ Superstar, West Side Story, Oklahoma, or even Hamilton if you have Disney+. Musicals would be perfect for you when it comes to your interests...on RUclips anyway. I love that this gives us insights into your relationship skills there, Mr. Newfie (though you remind me of a Yooper)-man lol Edit: loving an addict is a rollercoaster, but it's worth the ride with the right person.
