Indirectly, yes. I bought this hoping to have my Antenna PVR in one room, broadcasting HDMI to a TV on a lower floor. After this didn't work, I bought a HD Home Run Extend (basically a dual TV tuner that broadcasts TV onto your network) and access this through my Amazon Firestick via Plex. The new solution was a little more complicated to set up, but works much better and gives better access to TVs (and phones and tablets) throughout the house.
