    I hope to see more videos like this one and the previous one, as I'm still undecided on what species to get.

    Hello, I would love a pair of bumblebee frogs, but their call seems loud. Since they are diurnal does this mean that they only call during the day? Or do they call at night also? Thank you

    • @TCSDartFrogs
      @TCSDartFrogs  4 года назад +3

      Hi, their call is quite loud and they usually call first thing in the morning or in the early evening but they don't usually call at night.

    I'm interested in keeping D. leucomelas. Can I keep a pair in a 60x30x30cm terrarium? This will be my first terrarium btw.

    • @TCSDartFrogs
      @TCSDartFrogs  4 года назад +1

      Yes you can keep them in that size but I would recommend a larger terrarium if you have the means and the space to do so.

    • @TCSDartFrogs
      @TCSDartFrogs  4 года назад

      Yeah that would work but the only concern I would have would be that the crickets for feeding the red eye might bite the dart frogs or eat your plants.

      You’re not really supposed to mix two different kinds of darts

    • @vids595
      @vids595 Год назад

      It is a bad idea as they may have bacteria or fungus that the other is not adapted to. Also few people have tanks large enough to properly house more than one species, and there is a good chance of interspecies aggression.
