@@djebbarali8518 Other videos have the work around. Instead of disabling 3rd party access, you turn on dual authentication, and then generate a specific one time app password for the copier you're logging in with, instead of your normal gmail password.

Or this setting can be customised only from the MF Scan Scan Utility application? With MF Scan Utility you can preset scanning from device. Unfortunately I recorded this with old model, but software is similar. Open Scan Utility and go to Settings and second tab. great how-to, I enabled scan to email and everything worked as described with a MF657cdw, less security option was not necessary with outlook account.

Hi how to set a Pdf scanner on the printer it self if i try to scan multiple document it wont convert directly into pdf

Did you restart the pritner? Each time you change configuration you need to restart the printer.

The PIN was offered to be set at the first power on of the device, if you have set it. Factory default admin password is 7654321

Hi, does that device actually OCR the pdfs it creates while scanning to USB, Email or SMB share? The manual by canon is more than vague about that.
