- This aftermarket 16 Color LED PCB light engine kit allows you to repair or upgrade your existing Pentair® Intellibrite® 5G light.
Pool Baron® 16 Color LED Boards are 300% brighter than OEM LED fixtures. This kit fits all standard Intellibrite® 8" pool niches (11" diameter including rim).
16 Color / Show Options - 7 Solid colors - 9 Color shows
Neutral White, Red, Light Blue, Dark Blue, Green, Cyan and Purple, Smooth Color Transition, Single Color Fade, Medium Color Changing, and Fast Color Changing. Lights are controlled by light switch. To advance lights you simply turn off/on within 8 seconds to advance to next color option. Lights have a memory function so when turned off longer than 8 seconds they will remember the last setting when turned back on. Lights are rated for 50,000 hours of operation. Comes with a 1 year warranty.

Ordered this light replacement and love it!! Much brighter than Pentair.
For Pentair Intelibrite Assemblies that have a completely filled transformer area with the Black Potting material, your two Black, square Heat Sinks don't fit when using the hardware provided in your kit. The Heat Sinks contact the Black Potting Material. I called your Orlando, Florida office and Kyle told me to twist off the Heat Sinks, ,but they're stuck on way too tight to twist them off with a pair of pliers; I would wind up cracking the Circuit Board. Without making any modifications, an additional short spacer could be used to lift the LEDs up about another 3/16 of an inch. Please address this problem in your instructions and provide a short spacer and maybe a slightly longer screw so the assembly can be made by someone who isn't a mechanical engineer. I happen to have small standoffs in my shop, but most people don't.
My pentair controller controls the pentair light red, green, blue, white option. Is your ligth compatible with the pentair controller?
Hello. I just bought one of these boards because my pool light burned out. I have a Pentair intellebrite controller and was wondering if I can still use that controller for the new pool light. I also have a spa light that is still working fine and hope it will still communicate the same.
I’m planning to purchase but what if my current Pentair 5G RGB light doesn’t have the quick connect shown in this video?
Is Forida Sunseeker still in business? I am interested in both the main pool and hot tub lights. Thx
My Pentair LED Light Transformer doesn't have a single white plug on it. It has two push-on connectors. Do you make an adapter pigtail that has the two push-on connectors on one end and the single white modular connector on the other end?
I was about to buy but I think my light also has the 2 connectors and not the one shown in the video. We probably have the same light . Where you able to rectify this issue? if so, how?
I just bought this, but neither my old board nor this one have the quick connect, it has 2 separate plugs (with blue jackets)

We have a detailed installation manual but haven't had time to make a video yet but will be as soon as we have time.
does this work with the intellibrite 12 color mode controller made by pentair?
Our board has 16 colors and shows vs the 12 from the original so unfortunately it does not. You can still use that controller but you won't necessarily get the correct color you select. If you have the outdoor color wheel controller as an example, you may select blue but get green instead. We recommend just using the light on/off feature to control the colors and shows.
Anything for Jandy Watercolor replacements? Had two die in a year and warranty is taking too long.
Did they ever respond about the Jandy light? I also had 2 die on me in 2 years and my pool company wants $1400 to replace it with the same crappy light or upgrade to a real LED bulb fixture for $2000 (which is what I thought I was getting the first time that they put that Jandy one in )

Beware, this board doesn't really work for the 120v version of the light. I bought this board for my 120v Pentair Intelibrite 5G light from Florida Sunseeker, but the transformer takes up more room at the base of the light so there is no niche for the replacement board to fit into, as there is in the 12v light. I contacted customer service and was told I should remove the heat sinks from the board, as they are not necessary, and then the board would fit. Given the discussion in the video of the value of the heat sinks, and my general hesitancy to modify the board, I told them I wanted to return the board. They then charged me for shipping and an additional 20% restocking fee for my return. Needless to say, I am disappointed with their customer service. Update: They have now agreed to give me a full refund.

It will fit. You can just turn it slightly and mount on one of the other posts. Or just have it sitting a bit looser but attached to the top pole. It does in the housing.
Cheap thin Chinese knockoff - I mean just look at it. The heat sinks are not as good as a water cooled affect by putting directly against the metal.
