      Some customers reported that our BG10 had a 02 error code. After our analysis, it was the main line that had a problem and needed to be replaced to solve this problem.

      We've had error code 2 for 2 months..we emailed customer service and ordered and paid for new controllers but got the wrong controllers and the wrong main line..the problem could have been fixed with the correct controllers and main line ..very frustrated..

    Maybe you guys should design this stuff a lot better so we don't have to repair them within the first year. That may be a thought

      This video is shot for customers who purchased BG10 before March 1.
      After March 1, our BG10 has changed the main line to the outside of the frame to facilitate customer replacement. If your dual motor switch is red, it is our new batch.

      Exactly..we had this error code 2..horrible customer service..paid for new controllers and main line but constantly received the wrong parts..bike is still sitting in garage with error code 2..
