Egg Tomato Udon Noodles!! Delicious and Easy meal

- Cooked tomatoes and eggs taste really good together. It is delicious to eat with rice. In this video, I made it into Undon noodle by adding tomato spaghetti sauce. It tastes great. I hope you can try this, too.
Ingredients :
1. 1 Red Ripe Tomato
2. 2 eggs
3. One bowl of tomato spaghetti sauce (approximately 220g)
4. Udon noodles
5. 50 ~ 70 ml of water
-The amount of water that comes out of tomatoes is different, so it is better to adjust the amount of spaghetti sauce and water when you cook.
6. Optional: If you add shrimps, bacon, ham, chicken or other meats, it is more delicious and nutritious.

I know its a joke but it's not right to define manners and culture by accepted western norms . When you are embracing such manners it's the acceptance of western colonialism. I'm from Russia. I cooked according to this recipe, but replaced udon with rice. There were no shrimp or chicken at home, but even without meat it turned out very tasty, thanks. Now I often cook like this at home.

Almost in the Middle East we have a dish similar to this dish, where we cook tomatoes with eggs and eat them with bread as a basic breakfast meal. Guys, you must try it. You will get addicted to it.
