    I can feel the Dad Squad vibes through the video, all of these guys would loan you a ladder, everyone of them has a pair of jean shorts taht they wear when not riding in November, and I bet ya all of them know how to fix your bike when your trail side. Jokes aside, great video man!

    Great route to ride! Sorry the rain was so bad. Hanging out with friends and drying out is a good thing though.

    You know... if your bike takes superhuman effort to clear a log... maybe you have the wrong bike.
    My family (parents & sister) and I were riding those trails before the lake was there. There are a lot of nice trails under water now. Looks like there are still a lot of nice trails left. Looks like a lot of fun.

      Yep-lots of fun. Would have loved to see the trails before the lake was flooded. As for the right/wrong bike…most people can’t afford to have a bike for every situation, so the bike you have ends up being the best bike 👍
      BTW, the guys on the big bikes rode-in (on their bikes) for our meetup from other states, so those are the cards they had to play.

    Man I do love that ride. The view from above is gorgeous. I went out in the summer with my Himalayan and I want to go back again now without leaves in the trees.
    If you ever have open group rides let me know I would enjoy that.

      Agreed! This ride was announced on the SCAR FB group…a good place to watch for meetups on the SCAR. Thanks for watching!

      Builds character 😆, after I moved to the PNW (WA), got a RevvIt rain suit and is a game changer, kept me warm and bone dry but takes getting used to riding in the wet weather for sure. I'm thoroughly enjoying Arizona now 🤘

      @@RamblingRuters Yeah, I actually had rain shells along, but didn’t wear them because I had ridden with my gear in the rain before…but apparently not such heavy, all-day rain! Poor judgement on my part 🤣

    Any chance you have a gpx of that route? I live near Hendersonville and would like to check it out sometime. 🙏

      I don’t. All you do is ride up Horsepasture Rd and look for any green gates that are open (red gates are off limits, whether open or closed). The green gates are open seasonally-basically during deer and turkey season.

    Greetings,
    What helmet are you using?

    • @MotoTherapy
      @MotoTherapy  2 месяца назад

      I’m using a Klim Krios Pro helmet in this video. It fits me well, I like that it’s light, and I like the quick connect chin strap.
