    Hi! It’s Ruby! Today we are heading to Las Vegas Nevada and checking out the Hilton grand vacation club resort. This is located on the north end of the las vegas strip. It is 5.5 miles from allegiant stadium.
    We had a 1 bedroom suite with pull out bed. Room was sleek and modern. Full kitchen, in unit washer and dryer as well as a spa tub were great amenities.
    Thanks for watching!

    If you stay at the ELARA. They can easily be a 5 star resort. They say there's a washer/dryer in the room. BUT THE DRYER DOESN'T DRY. IDK if the washer wash good. BUT YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE 4th floor, to wash/dry your clothes. HGV looks promising, close to Downtown where I'll be spending most of my time.

      I have stayed at both the ELARA and Hilton on the strip, I had the same exact issue with the washer/dryer combo 2 years in a row. must be a common problem. ELARA is a way better spot for location if you wanna walk the strip and has more modern rooms for time share guests. The walk through an empty mall late at night to get back is always weird, IYKYK.

      I need to check out the ELARA. I stayed at a nice place by Caesars a few years ago but it wasn’t that one.

      The washer/dryer at Elgar’s is a combo unit. It washes and dries. I did a load of laundry in the unit and it took me 4 1/2 hours! I would skip that and instead use the washer and dryers on the 4th floor. Elara location is great! I would like to go back when the food court area at Miracle Mike shops is completed. The studio units don’t have a washer/dryer.

      Thats a good time! Not super cold yet. I’d just say call and see if the hotel has special offers for shows or food promotions they can offer you if you are into that. Otherwise, hotel is really nice. Enjoy!

      And yes I think it’s good for families because the pool is really big and rooms are large. It is a bit away from the craziness of the strip. If you want something centrally located then you may not love this location.

      @@RubysBestLife Thank you again--were the rooms renovated or were they kind of dated?

    • @RubysBestLife
      @RubysBestLife  7 месяцев назад

      Hi! They were renovated in the vacation club rooms. If you book, let the hotel know your preference. They usually try to accommodate.

    How far is it to walk to the other hotels? Is there convince stores within walking distance?

    • @RubysBestLife

      Hi! It’s a 10-15 min walk. We didn’t go to a convenience store but they have a small one in the hotel.

    • @RubysBestLife
      @RubysBestLife  7 месяцев назад +1

      We stayed in a one bedroom suite. Make sure you book the one with the full kitchen. The tower had a view of the strip not the pool. I hope you enjoy your stay!

    Did you have to pay for the upgrade for the one bedroom suite?

    • @RubysBestLife
      @RubysBestLife  4 месяца назад

      Hi! No we didn’t have to pay extra but I believe we booked a suite to begin with. Since it’s a vacation club resort as well, they usually have suites but be sure to verify room type when you book and at check in. Thanks for watching!
