Greetings from Australia love your channel. I have this exact watch and its fantastic. You cant beat that amazing bevel in the glass edge. Just ordered the titanium bracelet (only comes with the blue and fume versions currently with this watch) so looking forward to how it looks. Keep up the good work.
I think you are correct. Citizen website for the watch doesn’t say the material. It looks ceramic but further research’s looks like all citizen bezels are aluminum.
Pretty sure the insert is aluminium, a design choice for retro consistency and the bezel is titanium, being polished as are the ends of each bracelet link (if you have the bracelet version). Polishing titanium isn't easy I believe but Citizen went that distance to create a showpiece watch. It's a great watch. (I agree about the crown!)

Great watch. I have one of these are well. Great value for money. I am not a fan of the strap, but I put mine on a rubber tropic. Much better. Some complain about the bezel feel but if you use it a bit it smooths out and has a very positive feel with no backplay. Citizen did a great job replicating the vintage Challenge Diver 52-0110. I have the vintage one as well. My only complaint is the crown could have been larger.
One of the best solid reviews I've seen of this watch. Very tempted by it with the extreme value on offer. By the way, I also do the wrist shots when driving. Somehow it's always the best view....
Excellent review of this watch! I have the same one, and recently put on a red nato, to mimic the one the challenge diver was found with. It’s nicknamed Barnacle. There is a Citizen Godzilla edition by the way!
Love the review sir, i have this model on order, it looks great to me if seiko put this out it would be twice the price with lower q.c , i have a citizen promaster titanium field watch which is bulletproof anyway keep up the good work and im subbed.
bought one and confirm its superb, only complaint is you dont get a bracelet with the black dial..only with the blue so had to buy the not so cheap bracelet, otherwise i cannot fault the watch or bracelet, the bezel is probably steel as it won't mark as easily as Ti
Yeah it’s a great watch. Bezel is steel wished it was titanium like the rest of the watch and the crown is a little small. But overall great watch. Thanks for watching and commenting.

Quartz! Quartz! Blasphemy 🤣. Yeah staying true the original design there would be no quartz. They do make some killer eco drive dive watches. I did a review on the Aqualand. Great watch that is a eco drive. Thanks for watching and commenting.

Seiko is out since long time......they sell >1000 $ us for 3 hertz hearth and sugar glass named hardlex ( i love old seiko....not lasts)

You get saffire glass in all seikos over 600bucks and a 21600 beats per hour is less stressful on the movements
