My idea to make citizens hungry for prosperity is to up the cost of living😅. GST, COE, Carbon tax , water, electricity, property, just to name a few. But most importantly, we should delay cpf annuity draw down by another 10 to 20 years. Income tax can raise a few percentage and salary can slow down a bit. This way, they will remain hungry competing with foreigners who are enjoying the strong sg curency
