To be honest, I watch these videos for the riffs. If you look back at a lot of these kinds of videos from before the new album was released, he would play a LOT of the riffs that made it on the album. Most memorable being playing the main riff from What the Dead Men Say on his signature fret wrap video.

my god what a smart tuner. i might be out of sync with tech but having a turner like that makes that you dont need to re grip because of tightness of the other tuning while turning it. that is really cool
As soon as I got my KM-7, I realized that every other guitar I had ever played had only been a child's plaything in comparison. The KM-7 ranks in my top 3 favorite purchases of all time
i have this guitar as well one of the best purchases I've made.. if yo uare someon who likes variety everything on this guitar sounds amazing. even the clean tones are killer

The chugging at the beginning was incredible, super tight right hand
This certainly is my dream hardtail 7 string (well...realistically attainable dream, excluding crazy price custom shop stuff). Just looks like it will be absolutely perfect for me. I love the feel of the slim neck on my Reaper-6, the resonance from the set neck construction, and just the overall feel is incredible for a £600 guitar. The first decent guitar I ever got and has really set me on to Schecter. Everything points towards the KM7 III Artist having all of these great aspects and taking it to the next level.
The Fishman pickups are a big draw to the KM7 Artist too. It seems like Keith has chosen a perfect variety of pickup tones - an aggressive metal voicing, a classic voicing and a dedicated single coil voicing too. The single coil mode sounded particularly great in this demo. I have the Fluence Moderns in a Cort 7 string which is my stopgap hardtail 7 whilst I save for the KM7 so I've already experienced just how impressive these pickups are. The Cort is a multiscale which I'm finding quite tricky to get used to for playing chords on the lower frets. TBH I think 26.5" would be the best compromise..yet another tick in the box for the KM7!
I can see Shecter has some USA production KM models too...they seem to be quite rare! Doesn't really seem like you get anything more specs wise though, although there does seem to be a stunning finish exclusive to the USA model.

Good, maybe you can convince Keith to make covered versions of his Fishman pick-ups so you and I can both replace our current ACTIVE pick-ups with his Sig's. You'd be doing the WHOLE GUITAR COMMUNITY a service.

The schecter km6 blue crimson and km7 black burst happen to be my favorites. I fee like I should of bought them over my sls elite 7, sls elite evil twin, and schecter apocolypse. But oh well.
After hearing new Artistade Beast it's hard to beat that now.

I’ve been told they are exactly same as the moderns bar a gold stripe in them.A bit of a let down really as I wanted something unique to him but I do like the moderns anyways but I won’t be paying extra for a little bit of gold in them.

It looks to me like brands are getting more scared than ever before to keep their own identity. This guitar could be an Ibanez, esp, Jackson, schecter, bc rich, solar... etc...
Yet none of these guitars feel like one another, I guarantee you.
Schecter may look the same as others but i promise you they sound totally different and cleaner than most guitars. My Banshee is a standard c body but still sounds different than this KM edition

I hate the necks on the merrows. I have his original model and it’s my least fav guitar I own. Built like a tank tho and looks cool

@@drgnlord2 any guitar can have fret buzz issues if it’s not set up right. My merrow is fine, no flat frets either because I think it’s stainless steel. I just never play it.
I have an frs....I love the sound, but schecter quality control has been dropping the ball than Gibson at their worst
