    Hot tech! Probably worth mentioning that Crush Counters also give half a bar of V-Gauge. The optimal meterless CC punish is (I believe) st.HK, walk, st.MP, cr.HP xx HP SRK. So by doing the CC punish as opposed to the jump-in you lose 28 damage but gain a big chunk of V-Gauge.

    Can you make an analysis on OP characters? A good example would be Bayonetta in Smash 4.

    Man where's breaking SF6? I feel like the game is still new enough for there to be a lot of value in that series

    About the second punish (against Ken), Isn't it just better to use the crush counter combo? Because the s.HK gives you 1/2 V-Trigger bar on counter hit.

    • @Deeyennay
      @Deeyennay 8 лет назад +1

      +Kevin Pen It depends on the situation. If you want to fill your V-gauge, go for crush counter.
      But let's say your V-gauge is empty and you're low on health. You probably won't get another V-Trigger in that round, especially with Ryu's defensive V-Skill. Then it's better to go for high damage/stun. Especially if that extra damage would finish the round, or the extra stun would stun your opponent.
      And if your V-gauge is already full, there's really no reason to not go for the higher damage/stun.

    After a hk CC you can just do a step forward and you get a mp, cr hp xx DP clean and it combos

      It's a technique called drumming and double inputs increase the chance of nailing your links.

    How the hell do I do the jump roundhouse to forward fierce combo with Ryu? cant connect the forward fierce for the life of me. Did they remove this from the game?

    • @CoreAGaming
      @CoreAGaming  8 лет назад +4

      The jump roundhouse must be a counter hit.

    SF5 has a lower execution sealing?
    Man i just ralised i will be a casual forever i can barely play Birdieand Zangief decently and those are considered ''siple'' characters and i still mess up crush counter punishes by going for the sweep autamaticly instead of jumping HKinto Birdies crough HP combo let alone cancel it into his qcf HP.
    I'll never get good :)
