44 years ago in the small town of Malayer, Iran our Naneh-Tala used to make the tastiest Sheermals in ground tanoor. She made them into human and animal forms for us kids. They were redish, puffy, crisp and sweet.

How too make cooker sheermal

make the dough as they say. then for baking, apparently cooker Ka ढक्कन hata do aur usko ulta करके गैस पे रख दो। when its hot, stick the sheermal inside like a tandoor.
