Pre heat the oven at 350 f for 15 mins. Out your naan in and bake for 5 mins till little the bottom is nicely done (not over done) and the top is cooked. May 5-7 mins. Check how it goes. This will give you guys an idea.

this is not peshwari naan. Also nuts will burn in oven. In tandoor naan is made within 20-30 seconds. In oven it will stay for over a few minutes during with nuts will burn faster than the dough. Also naan is white not brown.

The chef seems to have confused naan with foccacia ... he buries his breads in toppings. ive also never cared for egg in my naan dough, and he uses too much milk and not enough yogurt (i actually use the liquid leftover from buttermaking in place of milk). Also, baking it on a baking sheet mimics none of the qualities of a tandoor. at least use a pizza stone. FAIL.
