    Pre heat the oven at 350 f for 15 mins. Out your naan in and bake for 5 mins till little the bottom is nicely done (not over done) and the top is cooked. May 5-7 mins. Check how it goes. This will give you guys an idea.

    loved your video thank you for sharing...did you at any stage rest the dough.. and at what temperature did you bake the bread..and what was the butter for I didn't see you use it..was it for brushing the bread after cooking it.. thank you

    I have some questions if you can answer? First how long should does it takes for a 'Dough' to get prepared while doing it with hand. I mean how can I say that now the dough is prepared. Second: Can we put the this naan into freezer so that we can use it after some days? If not then what changes are to brought in it to do so? Third : Can we prepare dough solely from yeast? It will be very kind of you if you reply.

    Sum people he said should be very hot, try couple of times and you will know what temperature your oven works best for the dough you prepared , he is a big chef, and temp he assume you guys know what should be

    Normally bread is baked at 350°F or 180°C in a preheated oven.

    The dough need to rise( he himself says risen leavened bread). He sets the oven before mixing dough. Aur dahi doodh, makhan sun kuch daal raha haii.

    Every region has its own version of Peshwari Naan. ....thiis type is new to me. I once went to an Indian restaurant in Scotland where I ordered Peshwari Naan with my meal......it arrived smothered in glace cherries.......it was not to my liking and have never come across that recipe since.

    Yea just put in Oven and take it out....it is Garma Garma....Kaara ho ne Taak Garam Kare.... Just make it like Toast.....or just use it in Toaster instead

    Stupid is as stupid gets. A cook that is talking about a recipe in which the oven is the focal point, but no temperature is given. in the end she says, " and remember, the oven should be hot enough so the naan cooks quickly" Mr. Kapoor, either drink some coffee and wake up, or lay off the drugs.

    Don't call it "peshawari naan" that's his own recipe. I know types of peshawari naan. the one he prepared doesn't exists in peshawar

    this is not peshwari naan. Also nuts will burn in oven. In tandoor naan is made within 20-30 seconds. In oven it will stay for over a few minutes during with nuts will burn faster than the dough. Also naan is white not brown.

    Forgot to say, stop insulting Peshawari naan with the naan you made there. You should actually go to Peshawar or watch the locals make it on RUclips. The locals call it Pekhawrai naan. Pronounced Pay-khaow-raie.

      It has come to Peshawar from outside... Maybe Punjab. It never existed before that food street, which itself is just a few years old. It's possible that it came from FATA or Waziristan area. But it's not a Peshawar thing and shouldn't be named after Peshawar.

    Wtf! That's not Peshawari naan. I'm from Peshawar and I have never seen that thing he made in Peshawar in the 25 years I've lived there. I am not sure where this guy got his recipe, but he got played...big time.

    The chef seems to have confused naan with foccacia ... he buries his breads in toppings. ive also never cared for egg in my naan dough, and he uses too much milk and not enough yogurt (i actually use the liquid leftover from buttermaking in place of milk). Also, baking it on a baking sheet mimics none of the qualities of a tandoor. at least use a pizza stone. FAIL.
