Is anyone else’s leg always bent and sometimes you walk in your tiptoes? I've been very fortunate not to have any knee problems, in fact people are amazed at how our family is able to squat at any age (including 91 yrs old). I recently fell like brick wall over a stuffed toyed which binded the toes of my shoes and I FOOSHed onto my right hand and then my left knee and left wrist. Since then I have electrical twinges behind my left knee and have outside left hand pain. Lost use of my right wrist which was xrayed. Right wrist has been focused on but the left side has been totally neglected (was told every thing is ok yet I have residual pain). What do you say doc??
Everyone has a different issue. Mine is I was running-down hill only-trying to get back into running. I didn't feel any pops or anything just soreness a day later. My knee is much better but when I work The back of my knee gets sore I can barely lift my foot to a 90 degree angle. That's early in the day but it seems to loosen up. I do things like wrap it and stretch it out while it's wrapped. I guess it will just take time and a few days off from work to give it rest.
I was dancing/exercise and then like later on i started feeling some pain when i bent my leg or whatever and it was at the back of leg where u bend yur leg at and it felt like a line of pain going down

I’m hoping someone can help me. I heard a pop in my knee while swimming. There was no pain at all. The next day, the outside of my leg started tensing up and I started having tingling sensation at the back of my knee. I also recently had my acl surgery 10 months ago and I don’t have a part of meniscus anymore either.

I was playing basketball. I went for a dunk and somehow I lost grip of the rim and when I came down it was an awkward fall and my left leg felt like it from Bc it landed awkward and I felt a pop. I got back up and I was able to walk on it. But now I can't sit still for a long period of time Bc when I get up to walk it hurts and if feels like it'll give out. But after I walk it's fine. I also can't bend my left leg to the left without having some sort of feeling on it.

The doctor told me it might be a lower back issue since ive had scietica since 2014. Yet, I don’t feel pain in my back only back of both knees. I do feel pain when I lock my knee standing or when I drive my car sitting. It is hard to sleep without bending both knees. Only painful when on 180 degree or 90. The MRI should tell us more soon. Thanks for the video.
Yes. First thanks for your interest. I did MRI and apparently I have 2 herniated discs + one bulging disc (total 3). One of the herniated discs L5-S1 needs surgery but the doctor assured me that a multiple disc problems won't take surgery. It is gonna cause more problems in the future. So now Im left with the usual: 1-eat healthy + lose fat 2-do cardio (walking, swimming only) 3-education: Learn how to sit/sleep etc. Never sit down more than 30 mins 4-do lower back stretches/strengthening exercises daily. The doctor also said I can't lift weights anymore but hell to that I will keep lifting but try to be extra safe now and get as lean as I can. (I know what to do in the gym). I hope this helps.
I went to pt for sciatica pain and the therapist told me to stop all exercise for 2 months. I highly regret listening to his advice, i should have done light exercise at least lol.
