After spending years in the hairdressers using straighteners & watching my hair break, I wanted to learn how to love my natural hair again…
My Mother was the main person who inspired me, she’s had locks for 25 years & I’ve loved watching her loc journey & stages of growth. I wanted to have the freedom to do what I wanted with my hair & be true to my natural self. When my locs formed it was liberating!!
I have learnt how to wash, re twist & style my own hair. I am so happy I loc’d, thanks Ma! The experience has been amazing & the growth is REAL.
If you’re thinking about it, go for it… How many years have you loc’d for?
