Hello, viewers! I wish to add something crucial to the whichaway. It would be very helpful if you tightened up enough your core as you move your lower body so that you won't lose your balance. Besides, your feet must be flexed too if you want an easier execution. Because if you did the whichaway with loose ankles, your feet would feel heavy as you do the move. That's all!
