Tbh only your tutorials makes me satisfied,it's like having a one on one tutorial, all my doubts are cleared! Thank you so much, looking forward to more great tutorials !!
One added benefit I think the ball has, which I find helps me have more control of my wrist rolls, is causing the forearms to flex! I’ve found that having a tight flexion in the forearm and shoulder gives me added power to enable my wrist to remain relaxed but allows me to maintain my control so I don’t feel weak while I’m wrist rolling. So I think that was a dope tip!!
I knew my wrist rolls needed work, but your video showed me how much. Glad you brought out the ball, thats so much help. I must be putting too much strain on my arm as I come up as it feels real tight , not loose. I did not do that until I watched this video. I am trying to do it so correctly, and instead tighting up as I go up to the shoulder. I just need to feel loose, and let it happen, I am putting pressure on myself causing me to get tense..
fabulous tutorial!!! i hope you will continue to upload more movies for beginner, if will have any video of teach us step by step that would be perfect, Thanks.
Man I wish I had your tutorials when I started learning locking, now I will have a lot of basics to clean up. But does the wrist has to be 100% loose or just with a minimal tension? As it seems to be really hard to control with no tension as well as being a pretty easy way on getting a wrist injury.
What I find is the looser your wrist, the bigger and more full your wrist roll will be. You don’t have to worry about wrist injury so much with this 👍🏼
I've never had anyone teach me the proper way to do a wrist roll. Thanks, Sir Jam.
This is the best breakdown EVER on how to get wrist rolls right. Thank you, Joey -- you're amazing.
