In my personal (and rather pessimistic) opinion, Pakistan is too far gone now. I genuinely don’t see any chance of fundamental improvements in Pakistan. Any short-term economic improvements may come purely because of aids being provided by US/China/Muslim world for their momentary geopolitical gains. Pakistani society has almost become anti-science now.
Mr. Hoodbouy one good leader can change Pakistan in 10 years. This we are experiencing in India. Just check what was India 9 years before and what is now. Person like you should join Pakistan politics

Sir, I worked as a mariner on a merchant ship for 26 years including 13 as a Captain. From 2001 I am a teacher in a maritime institute. My experience as a teacher is that while teaching one learns a lot. In the beginning in 2001 when I started teaching Chemical Tanker work, there were many machinery and equipment which were not present on the ships where I had worked. So I had to read about them and also learnt from my young students who are still sailing. So for a teacher it is very important that he keeps himself abreast of the latest knowledge and the developments. AI when comes in teaching will take care of this aspect.

The seriousness with which this is taken is directly proportional to the number of filled in seats. Sad to see a largely empty venue. This is good barometer of progress. I sincerely hope this isn’t because of the basic needs (food, clothing, place to stay) not being met.
Various versions of TeX, such as LaTeX or AmsTeX are the only way to write not just equations and formulae but entire scientific documents including tables. I wrote my thesis in TeX in the early 1980s.
Why don't you outsource your education ministry and Prime minister post to Indian IT companies? England and Singapore already done it and US preparing for it
