- I learned a lot about Pan the Organizer in this sit-down interview. For one, I realized that he's a genuinely good human -- a kind person who shook hands and took pictures with everybody who came up to him at SEMA show in Las Vegas.
And before you think that's the norm -- it's not. Big egos exist in the detailing industry, and not everybody treats "fans" the same way.
So Pan and I spoke about his RUclips his career; his reasons for positivity on his channel; and his message to the...well...haters.

Let me just say something about these two gentlemen. I don’t know either one of them, just my dealings with them.
Pan has literally responded to everyone of my comments on his video, no matter how old the video already was. He’s not giving yes or no answers, he’s trying to help you solve your problem or question.
Nick..man what can I say, one Saturday night I randomly emailed him at his DIY email and the guy responded not once but twice within 30 mins of me sending him an email about a wheel. He didn’t push any his products as fixes, he just laid out a few steps for me to try.
Both these guys are the truth and 100% deserve your support.

This is true of ALL RUclipsrs, viewers help you improve. Good, bad and ugly comments. Honesty is not necessarily “negative” and negative comments aren’t always engineered to troll. Viewers who challenge the validity of products aren’t always out to get you. ALL comments should be considered unless they are blatantly being ignorant trolls.
Detailing specifically, ALL products produced today are generally good. In my experience, none of them are junk. However, there is good and then there is great. Pan usually sticks to great products and doesn’t mention the “good” products … at least rarely or just in passing.
Does Pan have an interest in doing product reviews? Of course he does. Umm … how’s he going to make money by just saying “buy this, it’s the best”. He’d lose his ass. That’s why you see the passion, his attention to video and audio quality, having a clean and organized background + lighting. Come on guys, you don’t think all that stuff is free, do you?

"I only talk about products i actually love" = 16k paycheck in exhange for a glorious review. Nothing wrong with that, its how advertising works but lets cut the crap.
I don’t know how he runs the channel business-wise, but I do know I judged him for a long time before actually meeting him LOL. Have you tried the products he’s done videos on? I guess if he did a positive one, you tried the product and hated it I would be very interested. But he seemed very genuine in person, I guess I see your point but I don’t know enough about what’s true in all of that vs what people say if that makes sense

for sure, I think it's awesome actually. I was super surprised at his work schedule and sleep schedule but RUclips is such a unique beast that it makes sense. It's hard to do this when you're constantly inundated by the everyday distractions
