I've had a few bad days and stumbled across your channel yesterday. I watched all three videos you've published so far about your house construction in one go. Well over 3 hours. For one thing, my mood was much better afterwards, so thank you for that. Secondly, I'm fascinated by the care and incredible detail you put into your work. I've been struggling with neck and shoulder problems myself for some time. I wish you continued good recovery and thank you for the incredibly instructive and interesting videos.
If the pain stays longer than a few months its probably chronic pain. A whole different beast as the "real" injury might not even exist anymore - pain could be triggered if some muscles or fascia get used or general overexertion. Stress and psychological component is also a factor. That's why there's no one solution to live with chronic pain - though you can try to minimize it, if you identify the triggers. And find some ways to relieve it - without pain medication (long time use is really dangerous). For me what works is Yoga, taking a walk outside, a bath, a light massage of the back - or a foot massage (you can do yourself 🤗😇). Breathing exercises are good too (imagine air floating inside your body from a body part - lower arm for me, air traveling trough your body taking all the tension with it and exhale trough another part - I picked my foot soles. Taking care of your aching parts is essential - you would do it for a machine that squeaks too. Hope the tiny house will help 🥰
@@DrewBuildsStuff I also understand how much effort and time it takes to film and edit all of this for us. Constantly interrupting the work and repositioning the camera(s). Then creating the drone footage. The editing also takes a long time. I don't know how you/Drew goes about it. But in my experience, you can usually expect up to 10 minutes of editing time for 1 minute of film. All the film material has to be viewed. Then comes editing, effects, voiceover, etc. And then there's the exceptionally good choice of music. It doesn't choose itself. In addition, you/Drew often positions it to match the fades. You have to be able to do all of this and invest the extra time. In the past, I have created and edited several projects with >1h of film and didn't have to work in front of the camera. So I can only take my hat off, because I know the enormous amount of work and effort that goes into it. But I also know how much such long hours at the computer can affect your neck and shoulders.
