  • the 5AM club. proud to be part of it! and you can too!! lets go through my morning routine and see just how attainable it is (as long as you start with baby steps!) waking up earlier lets you do more in a day. people always ask me how I balance school, the gym, homework and free time... the answer?? WAKING UP EARLYYYYYY!
    In todays video I am also taking your through my ENTIRE workout. IN. DEPTH. we're hitting back and biceps today! i'm new to the whole voice over thing so hopefully this was helpful!! let me know in the comments what you guys like more (text or voice overs) for future workout videos!!

    I'm 20 years older than you with an 8-year-old son and I have learned SO much from you in the last few days! I've been watching alllll of your videos lol and I'm just so impressed by your maturity. I think I was still playing with Barbies at your age and definitely didn't care about my health or even know what personal development was. You are truly wise beyond your years and should be extremely proud of yourself. I can only imagine where you will be once you're my age! Keep going!!!

    I’ve discovered your channel a couple of days ago and I can’t stop watching your videos you literally changed my mindset and my perspective on variety of topics and knowing that you’re a student with lots of homework and final exams and being able to also take care of your body and go to the gym synchronously gives me some sense of stability and hope in some aspect and I hope I’ll be able to achieve that one day because I’m a sophomore and it’s been a really challenging year I barely have time to sleep or eat I’ve been struggling to make time to workout and take care of my nutrition so thank u for your videos you’re the friend that we all need💗💗

    Just found your channel, loving it.
    Loved that you talked about not always needing to be perfect, especially in workouts. As a mom of 2, wife, and student, I always tend to beat myself up when I don't nail every single workout.
    Slowly getting out of that mindset and doing the best I can. 1% better every day. Love that.

    I’m so glad I followed you in 2022 , yes it was just by the end of it but I’m so glad I did .     Tip with maintaining healthy hair when diving is to actually wet your hair in the shower or sink before you go into the chlorinated water so that your hair can absorb the "fresh" water instead of chlorinated water. Hopefully this helps with maintaining your healthy hair :)

    Would love to see/hear about your running journey! I started getting back into the gym a few months ago and I really miss running. I used to be an athlete but it’s been too many years since I really ran. It’s kinda intimidating after so many injuries and switching to different cardio

    Heyy i felt the same way before when I used to come back from school and I wouldn't know what to do, I would reccomend trying an instrument or just a calming hobby overall, So you can do that when its raining outside or you just wanna rest!!

    oh my gosh start playing guitar or any instrument you will never have free time like you do in high school so make the most of it! I'm based in Socal and my senior year of high school I started playing guitar, I went to church, I became close with friends ive stuck with for the past four years and we had so many adventures just because of free time! The places I ventured to during/after my senior year was so special because of the friends I went with as well as getting to see California more (there are way too many hidden gems in this state).
    I love that I came across your RUclips video you seem like a bright and ambitious young woman and I only urge you to KEEP GOING!! Anything is possible and starting your fitness journey so young makes for such a great lifestyle not many people have as an adult! Be wary about lifting though, don't attach your identity too much in what you look like/how much you can lift, your worth is found in Something far greater🧡

    4:30AM???!!! Oh man, I admire your determination and discipline. I am not a morning person at all so even waking up at 6am is a struggle. In order to wake me up at 4:30am, you'd have to stab me with a pitchfork, haha! Unfortunately, that's why I've never been successful with going to the gym. But I'm determined to make it work this time. I work from home, so waking up 6am is sufficient enough for me to get a good workout at my nearby gym before I log on to work at 9am. But still, 6am is a struggle for me. But must stay strong and determined! LOL!

      I like to bring frozen meals from like the grocery store for days in running late. They have pretty healthy ones you can find that don’t taste bad. Or you can find stuff on Pinterest too! Like sandwiches, smoothies (packaged from the store air you can make your own), yogurt, fruits and veggies. Literally anything you like you can just throw together. My sister always makes Turkey and cheese sandwiches, goldfish, and carrots. I like to make burrito bowls too sometimes the night before school!

      i go by distance (1-3 miles)

      @@ameliedesai you mentioned you go to do resistance training 6 days a week, right? ( what’s the schedule and arrangements for each day? How long do you do weigh lifting? ) and after each weight lifting you do a 1-3 miles of cardio? Wow impressive, that’s 6 times of cardio in a week 🤩
