  • the key to waking up early is going to sleep early! if you don't have a good night routine that sets you up for success in the morning, reaching your goals is going to be much harder. becoming a "morning person" isn't as hard as it seems! it may seem impossible for you but it just takes consistency and discipline! here's a look at my night/morning routine for inspo! make an early routine and make it your own.
