Blizzard has officially put out their development update for patch 9.1.5 which will be coming with major changes to Shadowlands systems that we have been asking for since beta! Along with covenant swapping and conduit energy being deleted we will be getting Legion Timewalking with M+, BFA legacy loot mode, improved alt gameplay, and so much more!

I’d love to see a new mage tower in korthia. Not only would it hype up the zone ( we all know, nobody likes korthia). But also instead of rewarding hidden artifact skins like legion, maybe you could get a cool armored version of your covenant mount, so there is still some synergy involved with the mage tower fitting the shadowlands aesthetics.
Yah everyone wants something like the Mage Tower back really hope they add it!
usually they make the changes we were asking for after a year then act like it was the intended plan the whole time. this is different, they are actually taking some accountability and acknowledging their mistakes. i feel a bit of.... hope.
Yah I did see the accountability for the conduit energy stuff so I'm hoping next expac they actually listen. Cant have another dud expansion

Hey Cobra don’t forget the mounts. I wanted the Venthyr Mount but my old chills with the angels so I never was going to have that options but now I can have both mounts. Which is something I have wanted for a long time now.

I literally just leveled a second DH because i wanted to DPS and tank. WELP i guess i wasted my time with that! oh well I guess im glad they finally fucking listened to the THOUSANDS of players saying these systems where shit!!! im so stoked for Legion mythics! i didnt push keys but i remember them being really fun!
Yah better late than never but absolutely these should have been in at launch. Legion mythic keys were amazing!
I thought you will be able to skip the Shadowlands through the Maw intro, not the Covenant campaign? Or is it both?

@@Rustycobra im curious, from what it looks like you didnt quit WoW, or at the least you played it a lot less.
What made you want to put up with all the nonsense? As a casual alt player i was driven away from the game after doing the maw just 3 times and the end game being way too grindy with shit systems that ruined my fun.
@@elvna The only time I login is to mythic raid with the guild which Preach put perfectly as "the night out with the boys" and also to make videos. Otherwise I don't touch the game BUT some of the stuff in 9.1.5 will make me wanna log in more
I actually don't like Covenant changing. I like making a solid choice and having to stick by it. It gives it weight and meaning. You pick your group/clan/people and have to stick by them for an expansion, that's neat.
Then again I also liked that Horde got most shamans and Alliance paladins. But whatever :))

You dont need MAX level Cov. it says Higher level
In the development update it says "a high renown threshold" but on the website it says "Players who reach max Renown for their Covenant will be able to freely switch among any of the four Covenants without cooldown or restriction." Its prob Max renown but I hope they change it
The cynical part of me suspects blizz is making these changes now in the hope that we forget about the fallout from the lawsuit and all the worker concerns.
