That looks so clean, Do you do work with celluloid often?
Im interested in having a new scratchplate custom made.
If so how can we get in touch?
I'm struggling to find any replacements for my guitar, it's a stock gold mirror that cracked around the screws not sure how it happened, I didn't tighten them.. really bummed about it, i jus got it a week ago would really like to change to something less fragile & fingerprint resistant

If you're in the twin cities area then check the about for my contact info. I'll need a pickguard to duplicate, and or the guitar in hand to make sure everything fits.

If you make a lot and they are custom in shape too, then a 3D printer saves you a bunch of template work.

That MDF looks kinda thick, couldn't 12 mm. work?

I used a scrap instead of cutting a full board. As long as the bearing can ride on it the thickness shouldn't matter.

I live down in Fairmont, and need a Floyd upgrade on an ESP M-ll (swapping a Kahler Spyder for either an Original or 1000 Series, and that would include swapping out the locking nut). I'll be in touch 👍🎸
