  • Today we are making "Mucver", a classic and traditional vegetarian appetizer in Turkey, simply made with zucchini, onions and herbs, it's very similar to zucchini fritters or simply a Turkish version of vegetable pancakes. It's usually served as a hot appetizer and pairs perfectly with Turkish cacik, yogurt garlic sauce or simply with whipped yogurt.

Oh man, you had the Zucchini grated by 43 seconds, but I have a feeling that it actually took you a few minutes to do ;) Isn't that something, I never knew there was a device for measuring oil temperature!! You learn something new every day. I was wondering what type of dip that you were going to make for that, I was thinking something creamy before you prepared it, but I was also thinking something spicy as well. Of course when it comes to the dip there are so many varieties that you can concoct to suit your taste. Great video my friend, the end product looked delicious, but I also know that it took you much longer to chop and grate the ingredients than you showed, so your results are the combination of a lot of hard work.
