Has helped me alot. Self care is very therapeutic. Find a spa. Get a massage. It helps take care of you. (My sister in my head). you have my deepest sympathies on your loss. I’m so sorry for the loss of an important person in your life. Especially it being so close to your birthday. I know no words can make her come back, but just try your best (when you’re done grieving, it’s a long process that doesn’t have a time stamp on it) to keep her spirit alive. I myself just recently went through a psychotic break. I myself deal with health issues and mental health is HEALTH! I can feel just from watching this video your energy is off. and it’s understandable, your struggling, but who isn’t? It makes you human. Going off what you have said about “being in a different place when your x age”…you’re putting these ideas in your head and trying to live up to other’s expectations and what others look at. who cares! take YOUR time, do what makes YOU happy, don’t lose sight on what really matters in life. I’m so sorry that you had to endure the pain of having a stroke but im glad you were able to know and feel something was off. It’s a blessed curse, in my opinion. Having a stroke, at any age, is very damaging to the body. Make sure to take care of your mind, body, and soul. Some things that have been helping me through my own journey have been learning mindfulness, stretching, taking daily vitamins (your kids will benefit from this as well to get you all on a regular diet), and learning how to disconnect from some social media in order to connect with family, friends, and yourself.
