Good video. Glad you spoke to listening to your own body versus following the opinion of others.

love that you're listening to your body! so sorry for all the negative comments everyone is leaving. I'm not WFPB and I've been enjoying your videos for years so it baffles me that people who are WFPB think they can't enjoy your vids anymore, especially because you explained you're only eating small amounts.

Love that you’re slowly adding meat to adjust your body. I would like to see more of the videos about making waffles, pancakes, breads. Maybe see how you store food in the fridge and pantry before/after grocery trip.

Great to introduce meat slowly to your diet. I do not eat meat because my system has a really hard time digesting meat.

The bottom bin should be for meat, fish because it is the coldest. Cold falls down. The door shelf should be for your cold packs. Fish is very expensive

So sad people are so mean on here. You have to do what's best for you and your body! Don't listen to the negativity ❤️

Wish this channel was still WFPB but everyone has to choose for themselves.

You shared that the vegan diet was so good for your health but now you are adding back meat. I’m surprised. I really like a lot of your recipes so disappointed that you’re adding meat to this channel.

That is why I shared that I’m only eating a very small portion of about 2 oz per week. I’m 99% plant based.
