No, it’s from a mod. But sometimes mods would extract stuff the devs are working on for their mod. Like the Thor hammer from a Stalingrad mod was the hammer from the legacy Thor before the update came. Also most of this stuff is from tabg so the devs already have this they just can import it to tabs. Most likely none of this is coming to tabs. Maybe the neon bullets because tabs in the next update said their gonna add the neon weapons back to unit creator
