How To Make EPIC WW2 Units In TABS Unit Creator (TUTORIAL)

- In this TABS Unit Creator Tutorial I show you how to make WW2 units with some sneaky tricks you might not know about. The TABS Unit Creator is quite limited, so if you want your custom units and factions to look good, this how to tutorial will help you step your game up!

A lot of people have been asking me to make a tabs tutorial on how to use the tabs unit creator, particularly on how to make ww2 units in the tabs unit creator - so here it is. For my tabs battles I have obviously made loads of ww1 and ww2 units and faction, so I have picked up a few tips along the way. In this tabs unit creator tutorial I will share my tips and tricks for how to make epic ww2 units! If you want to see any more how to videos or tabs tutorials, I'd be happy to do them, particularly if they involved the new Christmas update or the unit creator! If all goes to plan, this tutorial will allow you to make some awesome ww2 battles in the sandbox game mode, with some epic ww2 units and factions that the basic tabs game does not provide! This update is killer!
The new TABS unit Creator update brings 6 new secret units, 2 new secret units can be found on the new snowy farmer map, whilst 2 can be found on spooky 1 map and 2 more can be found on spooky 2 map. The new map is awesome, and the new units are even better! In this tabs update I will show you what the Ice Mage, Present Elf, Necromancer, Giant Skeleton, Witch and the Banshee. These are epic new units and go well with the new map!
Also, make note of the release date and launch of the epic games, steam and also Microsoft store full version of tabs unit creator as the xbox one unit creator beta just launched. Watch my previous tabs update review video to see how to download the unit creator beta for xbox one, so if you're stuck that should help. Only the first 50,000 people will get access to the xbox one tabs unit creator beta so make sure you enter download and install it fast. otherwise the full scheduled release date for the xbox one unit creator beta is in 2021.

2 years old, still a banger video, and still up-to-date, helped me make my finnish army for my irrelevant ww2 armies that played little to none well known parts of the war
Also, fun extra tip, if you need to duplicate the same clothing, go to the desired unit, save the unit again, and pick "save as new" from the two options.

For the smg unit, I would put the weapon as the Thompson since it's a pretty popular smg in ww2
I put the spooky wrist band 01 on the german soldier looks great for the end of his sleeve make it a tad bit lighter gray than the rest

For the snipers you could add Lay down as a bonus, you don't need to agree but I think it looks cool when you add lay down

You can also make a snipers camouflage by using the VIKING ULLR CAPE 00 also the AWP

For snipers you can use the Winchester, it actually functions like a sniper rifle!

Instead of using the hat plus farmer hair 2 combo you could just use the ushanka plus baseball cap combo. ;)

I would ctrl, alt + delete to get to task manager then end the task. That will close it :)

I was wondering how you would access, & then use any subscription Unit's from the workshop because I subscribed to a few but I can't seem to use any of my subscriptions in simulation.
Hmm that is weird, are you downloading units or factions? If you download individual units, you have to manually add them to a faction to use them

You can actually customize the weapons like a KAR can look like a Lee-Enfield if you change his colors. Like you can change the brown part to yellow so it really is looking like and Lee-Enfield

i dont make units for different armies, their all using helmets with cards, a green coat, shirts, brown boots, a belt, and usually a backpack, sometimes a gasmask
My last battle suggestion is the battle of wuhan (its not the coronavirus its the battle between china vs japan in the sino japenease war)and its 2 days left before Christmas!!!!!!

2:34 I don't think that USA helmet, that was very simple because Russians, Italians, Poles, Japanese, and many other countries use something similar

Probably wont be making one no, I am really dissapointed with the update it's not exactly accessible, they released a 32 page report with a developers tool.. as a result obviously pretty much not a single person made a unit. I wish I could use it :( But I don't have a spare 48 hours to make a unit...
But I will be doing a TTS video on monday!
At 4:56 you could've searched katana in the torso menu cuz there is a katana on back thing you can use.

I just saw this vid and I wanted to say that a better alternative for the Japanese is the type 99 ariska which I believe was standard issue
Ya unfortunately they dont have many weapons in the game so I kind of have to butcher loads of other ones to make them fit :(

I think you can only make people at the minute in the unit creator, so you cant actually make bigger objects or tanks or anything like that sadly :O

UCM - Unit Creater Mod, that's what it's called.. look up a tutorial to install if you want tanks
